Les chambres donnant sur la route, dont les notres, sont très bruyantes. La salle du petit déjeuner est pratiquement inexistante: quatre tables, un horaire non flexible qui ne tient pas compte de ce gros problème de place, et une qualité de la nourriture mediocre.

I might be a little picky about this kind of stuff but the bathroom and shower could have been a little cleaner. The beds and bedding were nice and clean though. The ladies at the front desk were so very helpful and pleasant. Great location. Walking distance to the Amp. Right over the bridge from downtown. It has a private parking lot right out front. The lot does fill up later at night but we were always able to find a spot. Overall it was a good place and I'll probably stay there again during my next visit. I'll just bring a few cleaning supplies, lol

Room was remodeled beautifully. The plumber did not do a good job installing the shower handle and unfortunately scratch the nice tiles. The toilet paper holder was not properly attached to the wall and eventually will fall and crack the wall and floor tile. Our stay was great, these little things is for the management to view as a friendly note. The lady’s at the dining room was great and hard working but the man was looked in the little room by the refrigerator on his phone. The manager was amazing, running around making sure all is well and even cleaning the tables are dining room while the guy was looked in the back. Will come back again, everything was good and we thank you got a beautiful mini vacation in St Augustine

Breakfast area a bit too small and Breakfast items took too long to get filled up once's empty. We booked a double Queen since we arrived with 3 Adults. In the room we saw that the sink was actually in the bedroom which was a no go for us. So therefore, we tried to change it to a double Queen with a complete extra bathroom. The receptionist told us that this was not possible. Luckily Ms. Tashay Ingram was also at the reception and about to leave. She took her time, walked us to another room and asked us, if this would do... we all were happy and we were assigned to this room instead. During our only 2 night's stay, we saw Ms. Tashay a few times and she was always so friendly and kind...she is such a nice Lady! Thank you!

Great location. Internet was very very slow. Breakfast area is extremely small and poorly laid out, food quality and quantity were great. I felt sorry for the lady trying to keep everything filled because there was only enough room for one person at a time in the food line.

Showed up at 5pm and was told they were trying to get us a room, but we booked this 2 months in advance… the front staff was very rude and not helpful. They called our room at 11:30 to ask us to keep it down that they had a noise complaint. We were in bed sleeping with the tv off. I explained to them that wasn’t us and they said well please keep it down…. We’re not snorers or any noise makers just rude staff.

Filthy room and facilities, almost no water pressure could barely rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Extremely rude lady at front desk when checking in. One male employee was nice at check in. Close to a few unique restaurants and within walking distance to downtown sta and the amphitheater if you don’t mind walking a mile or more. Do not recommend this hotel at all.. I’ve paid a lot less for a lot more. Can’t believe this one was rated 8/10… I give it a 2 only for the location.

Whoever design the bathroom didn’t think of privacy at all! Our floors were sticky & pillows were terrible!

The bathrooms seem newly renovated... very good shower, etc. The linens needed a refresh, especially the sheets and towels. Breakfast was ample but seating is insufficient. A good budget stay.

Only the breakfast was disappointing. All the food was the dry, and just not good. We ate breakfast elsewhere.

Average hotel inn that has been nicely renovated breakfast was ok (not bad for complimentary) Location is great , very close to historic downtown ( 5-6 min with the exception of when the drawbridge opens, then there is sometimes a delay getting downtown, not terrible but could add 15-20 minutes at times ) Staff were ok

We arrived early for check and were turned away. The CSR was abrupt, rude and dismissive. Just walked away…. We came back in the evening and the evening CSR was polite. The room was very small but the bathroom was clean and had lots of counter space. Avoid room 102… right off the pool. We had some noisy teenagers but they quieted down at a decent hour.
