The room’s shower took a while to warm up. Hotel staff aware and declined to switch rooms. Room way too small. Parts of room dated. No free breakfast despite over $200.00!per night during New Years. Overall, poor experience.

We did have a mechanical issue with the hot water around the time of your stay and understand the hot water heater was being upgraded. We missed the beat by not informing you properly. I booked 4 rooms at this property for a family stay. Despite paying for 4 identically listed rooms we received different variations scattered about. There was a room on the first, one on the second and 2 on the third. The rooms on the first and second floors had good hot water flow, the rooms on the 3rd floor vary. Either the rooms on the far end do not have good hot water flow in general, or Room #340 simply has bad plumbing. Paint is falling form the ceiling in the bathrooms, granted this is expected in a quick stay hotel such as this one but as in all hotels, there should be a greater emphasis on maintenance since profit margins are more than sufficient for this in their budgets & in turn would make for happier customer's. All in all, its a good hotel, but it could be a lot better.

It was far from the historic area and we couldn’t find a shuttle bus. Dining options around the hotel are almost none. The closest restaurant is 5 miles

Our room was absolutely gross! Hairs all over the bathroom, rust spots in the shower. Shower drain kept backing up and shower head was working at 50 Percent. The light fixture around mirror was all rusted. The mat for the shower was suppose to be white however, it was a dull grey!!! Poor lighting. The pillows smelled like bad body odor. The sheets and covers smelled too. Will never go back to this property!!!

This property is beautiful and the room layout is very nice!! Very clean all over. The hot tub was great. Front desk staff were very nice. Highly recommend turning the AC down much lower than you would at your house (it was warm in our room until we turned the AC on 68). Will definitely be staying here again.

Second stay here so I will just highlight the few items we found unsatisfactory: 1. No exhaust in the bathroom. Shower fogged everything up. 2. Sink designed for tall people, not average or short. Sink bowl too far from the edge. 3. Body soap dispenser was empty. Nothing I could do since I was in the middle of my shower when I realized there was no soap. Everything else about the hotel is good. I would stay again if in the area.

Stayed for a week while my husband was at a training. The room was pretty clean and quiet. I was able to work during the day. There are also near by quick service restaurants to enjoy.

The hotel was very clean, the staff excellent, polite & helpful . The only issue was the bed, the mattress needs to be changed very uncomfortable. I had back pain. I would stay in this hotel again.
