Cette unité est votre maison loin de chez vous. Il est unique en son genre avec sa vue immaculée sur la piscine et la plage! Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains rénové est situé dans le bâtiment du sud. Il a été modernisé avec des sols en bois et carrelage, des appareils de cuisine, des comptoirs en granit et est entièrement équip�� pour votre confort. Toutes les chambres ont été rénovées avec de nouveaux matelas et une literie côtière. La chambre principale et la chambre d'amis sont équipées d'une nouvelle télévision à écran plat et la télévision du salon est une télévision connectée HD. Vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner? Pourquoi ne pas griller? Le gril électrique se trouve juste à l'extérieur sur votre balcon qui donne sur la cour, la piscine et une vue sur la plage. Envie de sortir? Pas besoin de conduire; Il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité avec de la musique live et une excellente cuisine à offrir à toute la famille! Que vous soyez ici pour un séjour de 3 nuits ou une semaine, cet appareil vous conviendra parfaitement.

Ce condo a des meubles de marque partout! Il y a un lit king dans la chambre principale, un lit queen et un lit simple dans la chambre d'amis et deux lits jumeaux intégrés dans la 3ème plus petite chambre, le "Nid du corbeau". Vous êtes à quelques pas de la belle piscine en bord de mer et à quelques minutes de la rue historique Augustine. Il n'y a pas de courses, de restaurants ou d'activités. Cette unité est entièrement équipée avec Internet sans fil!

Loved our visit!

As a first time visitor to Saint Augustine we cannot wait to come back. Our condo was tastefully decorated, in a great location and the view was spectacular. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts. Thanks for a great vacation!

Clean, well-stocked and beautiful condo. Updated and beachy! Lovely decor. Amazing view. Awesome pool and excellent beach. Comfy beds. Loved the Keurig!! My only suggestion is a keypad entry so we don’t need to worry about keys.

Great 3BR condo with beach view

We stayed for 6 nights in May and had a wonderful time. Great location right on the beach with a huge pool. Property grounds were well maintained and staff was friendly. Condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds were VERY comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the patio balcony. It was a short walk to the beach, with clean, soft sand and clear water…a really beautiful beach. No major issues with noise even though it was a large complex and we faced the pool. Pool closed at dusk and opened at 9am and staff was on top of that. Overall just a wonderful trip and we will definitely return.

I do not think it was worth the price. Also, 2 towels per bath is not enough for what you charge. We did laundry quite often.

Perfection on Butler Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family travels to St. Augustine annually but this was our first time staying at Colony Reef Club. We are a family of 5, consisting of my husband, myself, our two kids (3 + 9) and my husband's mom (aka Nana.) Our check in was super easy and flexible. Our flight was delayed so we did not arrive until midnight, but the locker check in procedure made the process super easy. The unit itself and the entire property overall is immaculate and meticulously maintained. We really enjoyed and took advantage of all of the amenities. We had a couple rainy afternoons, so the indoor pool came in handy so we did not have to sacrifice pool time due to the unexpected weather. The outdoor pool is gorgeous and the boardwalk to the beach is a game changer. It made getting to and from the beach so much easier. Also, as parents we really appreciated the safety of gates to the pool and also to the beach. Our AirBNB host (condo owner) was phenomenal. We found the office and grounds staff to be nice as well when we ran into them. This particular unit is perfectly located on the second floor so an easy walk up the stairs if you do not want to wait for the elevator, but also conveniently located next to the elevator which makes bringing luggage and groceries in a breeze. The view is perfect and super close to the pool so worked out well for us. My only minor feedback would be to maybe have some basic items provided. We did not have a kitchen garbage bag or any dish soap which was a tiny bit of a hassle since we got there so late at night and didn't want to drag our kids out to the store that late. The office did state that every unit receives an "amenities pack" but it is extremely basic, and seems to differ from unit to unit or who cleans. Our friends had a different unit and they were provided with a few more items. But now that we know, we know. Overall we were extremely happy and would love to return in th

He was an outstanding host - anything we had questions about was answered immediately (or before we could think of it.) 😊The condo is beautiful and was SUPER clean. It is in a very convenient location close to downtown St Augustine but far enough away you can relax without being swarmed by other people. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you could think of, and the patio area overlooked the pool and ocean.I would definitely stay here again. 12/10 rating.

The upgraded full size washer and dryer was awesome! King size bed very comfortable. Living room furniture is comfortable. Its a great condo! Only issue was The queen bed in the extra room seems to have no or broken bed frame support so roll to the middle of that bed. We did wish the pool was open until 10:00 as it was in years past. Overall a great place to stay.

It was set up wonderfully, my girls were able to share a room with plenty of space for all of them. And they were in love with the decor and door leading the adjoining bathroom. The closet room had two beds and an impressive amount of space for something smaller than a regular room. The master bedroom was lovely! But watch out for the height of the bed, if you are short like me,and the width of the bathroom door😆.The view from the balcony is superb. We spent most mornings of our trip watching the sunrise from that spot. And our afternoons enjoying the breeze that came off the ocean. It was large enough to accommodate many adults, as were we on this trip with all of my husband's family. The condo was lovely and clean. We had to move a few breakables so the 9 month old wouldn't destroy everything. And two of the things we were grateful for that not everyone had, a full sized washer/dryer and a towel rack on the balcony. The entire complex is truly lovely. Our children were able to go back and forth between our condo and those of other family members with no worries. The staff is so helpful and kind, especially Nate! He would walk around checking on everyone throughout the day The beach is a very short walk from any of the condos. It made quick trips to the beach very doable for our family. And the beach itself is gorgeous and well maintained. We also spent a considerable amount of time at the pool. The pool is spacious, has lots of chairs, tables, and umbrellas. It is cared for daily. I would very much recommend this condo to anyone travelling to St. Augustine. We are currently talking about booking for next year.

Sliding glass door to patio very difficult to open and needs a handle on the outside. Also, door between 2nd bedroom and hall bath was made permanently shut so that was a little inconvenient for the 2nd bedroom users. Otherwise, we enjoyed our family vacation and will look forward to returning next year!

The king size mattress was very comfortable, we liked the furniture being leather, kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer worked but are very small - would be nice if they were larger. The patio table and chairs were nice as well. The new improved boardwalk to beach was a wonderful surprise this year to have a ramp at both ends and no steps! The landscaping was also improved with some of the big bushes being removed. We wished the pool was open a little later (closes at dusk for turtle season).... But we got the privilege of actually seeing the turtles hatch on our last night there which was awesome.

A Relaxing Winter Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The one thing that seperates Colony Reef from other condo's in St. Augustine is the huge balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. I also love how spacious the units are.

Will not rent 1206 again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love Colony Reef. We have stayed here for 20+ years and have always had a great time. The property was well kept as usual.The condo we rented this year was 1206. At first glance it was very nice, but we were quick to find out that it was very ill-equipped. We had to borrow kitchen utensils from other condos. The knives would not cut butter. The dryer takes 6 cycles to dry clothes. I had to work on the toilet because it constantly would run and not flush. The master bathroom had an awful odor to it. There were only two tv sets. Every other condo we have rented in the past had a tv in every bedroom. With that being said, we still had a fantastic time and will definitely be back next year but we will avoid renting 1206.
