Second-Floor Condo: The condo is located on the second floor and requires a flight of stairs to access the unit.

No Elevator: There is no elevator at the property.

Other things to note

-HOUSE RULES-

• Mail & Packages: Guests cannot receive mail or packages at the property. Please reach out to us if you need an alternate delivery address.

• Late Checkout: A $200 fee will apply to any late checkout that has not been approved in advance.

• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside or anywhere on the property.

• Primary Renter: The primary renter must be present for all bookings and must be at least 25 years old.

• No Pets: Pets are not permitted.

• Parking: There are 2 designated parking spaces on the south side of the building. Commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property due to HOA and parking restrictions.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

No smoking in OR on the property. There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.
