Situated in Summer Haven, about 20 minutes south of St. Augustine, you’ll be within easy reach of Marineland, Fort Matanzas National Monument, and the historic streets of downtown. Beach days are simple with shoreline access roughly half a mile away.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. **Special Notice: Due to continuing beach erosion, St. Johns County is working to replenish the beaches in the area. As a result, neighborhood beach access has been closed. There is public beach access with parking on the north side of the Matanzas Inlet.
