The backyard has plenty of space for hanging out at the pool. A separate full bathroom is included in the home. It's a perfect choice for families with children or groups/couples looking to cool off in your own private pool. 10 min walk to downtown! Grill out and play corn hole!

Pool dimensions are 12ft wide 20ft long 4.5ft deep. Pools in Florida of this depth do not need to be heated, the water temp is very comfortable 10 months of the year.

NO PETS IN THE POOL. Pet hair ruins the filter and pool pump. Pets in the pool will violate your rental contract.

*Please note there are 3 security cameras on the property. One on the front, one off the rear door aimed at the pool/backyard, and one facing the road in the driveway area. Please do not touch the cameras as they are place for insurance/liability/safety reasons.

*Also note we have both the pool and landscape serviced every week of the year, so during your stay the pool and yard may be serviced.
