« This was a great place to stay in Lake Placid that was in the ideal location--away from the business of the downtown area, but close enough to walk to the downtown area, and it is a scenic walk around the lake. Staying here gives you the feel of staying in a mountain lodge. There was plenty of room for 5 people, and the house was well-attended with all the amenities we needed. « It's the second time we rent this cottage for the winter schoolbreak and it's perfect for our group of three families. Nice view of Whiteface from the spa, big table for dining and playing board games, very good linen for sleeping. The house was sparkling clean and well furnished. « We had a wonderful week at the Lake Cottage. The location was perfect, close to Cobble hill Trailhead, a pleasant walk to town, beautiful lake view and spacious flat yard. The boys enjoyed the canoe. The layout of the cottage was perfect for our needs. it was the most well-stocked kitchen we experienced in our travels. The communication was excellent, with quick responses to our needs. »
