First time in St Andrews by the sea, impressive. The Inn we stayed is comfortable, clean and very convenient located. John is very friendly and helpful.

This was my third stay at the Inn. Hospitality plus, rooms are immaculate, beds are so comfortable and the breakfast served is delicious. I will return.

We arrived late and the host was so very gracious. Bed slept great and breakfast was delicious! Only a block from the Main Street. Lovely place.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast. Perfect location right downtown walkable to restaurants and shops. Greeted personally by the hosts. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed! Breakfast was wonderful, prepared fresh for each guest, cooked and plated professionally, more than we could eat. Highly recommend!!

Lovely, large older house converted to an inn. We had a very large room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Short walk to downtown shopping and restaurants.

From checking in to checking out, the whole experience was wonderful. The rooms are amazing, beds comfortable and the ambiance was something out of a history book. Close to shopping, restaurants and walking distance to many attractions. I almost forgot about the amazing breakfast..great way to start your day!! Highly recommend and would definitely return to this B&B. Thank you John for a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay... charming Inn. If you like modern this is not the place for you... this old house is full of antiques. The best part of our stay was the owner.. polite, friendly and charming. The breakfast included was very nice. A stress free stay for sure... close to the wharf, grocery store and boutiques. A

The Inn is absolutely charming!!! The owners were welcoming, the room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable and the location was convenient as it is one block off the Main Street of town! The Inn itself is very well kept up - lovely decor, in good repair and the breakfast room was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of tea- all at a competitive price point. Highly recommend this inn and look forward to returning in the future!
