Place was neat and clean. Had a youth group attending while we were there but it was still quiet. Was close to our shopping needs.

Was given a room that had not been cleaned yet, had to go to front desk and start over. Staff was very accommodating, but just left an unprofessional impression when the room hadn’t been touched since the last guests left.

A nice place to stay. Convenient to the place our group held their meeting. The only minor negative was the bathroom floor hadn’t been swept/vacuumed as long strands of hair remained from the previous guest.

Nice place, good value, Great staff.
Nice clean room, no maintenance issues. Good value for the price. Happily honored room location preference. Most notable was friendly conversation with check-in (manager I think) and staff member - Happy I was there, happy to be there themselves, just set a positive vibe for the stay. Will definitely keep them in mind if I'm staying in the area again.

Bed Bugs
I had booked only one night and the first room they put me in had bed bugs. I was moved to another room, which I didn't see any bed bugs. Due to this I probably will not use this hotel again.

My wife and I arrived in town at noon for a family gathering and decided to check-in early to be sure our room was secure for our return in the evening. Although our room was not ready at that time, we were given a set of keys to make our arrival later much easier. When we returned to the hotel at 7pm that evening, we found that our room was not ready and had not been touched by housekeeping at all. I went to the front desk for help. The desk clerk was very apologetic for the inconvenience and immediately gave us another room, including an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room. We later enjoyed the indoor pool which was absolutely wonderful. The continental breakfast the next morning was hot and delicious, with a good variety of items. The room and common areas of the hotel were very clean. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

So clean and comfy!
This hotel is super clean and comfy, and I’m a clean freak! Everything is updated and perfect. Thick, fluffy white towels made it feel spa-like. Comfortable bed and good climate control. Quiet and relaxing area. Recommend 100%. Great value. Didn’t have time for breakfast though.

The entire establishment was dated. My room had a dehumidifier running, super loud and not exactly something you expect in a hotel room.

We had an enjoyable stay here while touring the Lincoln sites. Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and convenient location. Highly recommend!
