Online I submitted 2 adults and 4 kids and that was accepted for a certain price. Upon arrival, I was required to pay for a more expensive room and told that the hotel had received info stating I had a reservation for just 2 adults and no kids.

The dinner that they served was not as promised. Chicken alfredo with penne pasta was on the menu. What was served was macaroni and cheese with a baked potato. I'm afraid it was pretty bad. After a long day of traveling, we ended up eating popcorn. It was disappointing.

Georgia took care of.my check-in very professionally. There was an issue with making my key and she was very apologetic. However she worked to solve the issue. She admitted she was still training - the other gentleman (Javier) was not helpful as she asked for support - he seemed overly focused on the guest he was with. Georgia remained processipnal and did find someone else to help her. She did not let the situation fluster her and still provided great.service.

A staff member called prior to my stay to ensure it was okay having construction, which I thought was extremely considerate. It was very quiet even with the construction. Overall wonderful experience.

We had a 2 night stay here for a kids wrestling event. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food that was provided was nothing spectacular but was definitely adequate. Even with the building being under construction we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Hands down the greatest hospitality I've encountered over the last few years with traveling. Hotel staff were friendly, kind, helpful, and courteous. I can't say enough GOOD things about them! I will be finding a Drury Inn every time I travel from now on! Thank you for everything!

They were wonderful! Our daughter had surgery that day and the wheelchair we borrowed broke down. They helped us get her safely to our room, provided additional pillows and blankets and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Special Kudos to Aaron, he was the best!!

Property is under construction. They pre called us to make sure we were aware. Very nice. Then gave us meals and snacks due to the inconvenience of the construction. Wonderful staff.

The property was going through some renovations but this did not cause us any inconvenience. We were notified of this when we reserved on-line. This hotel was otherwise clean and very comfortable with plenty of complimentary food and drink options. The Manager was exceptionally accommodating. The elevator was out because of the renovations, and he carried some of our bags to our room. He worked very hard to make sure every guest had a good stay. The Manager even stopped in where the breakfast was provided to help clean tables and refill items that were low. This was in addition to the rest of the staff being friendly and helpful.

The employees are exceptional! They go out of their way to be kind and thoughtful! Out room was super clean. The pool area was very nice with plenty of towels. Dinner and drinks made the stay over the top!

Excellent Overall! Book This Place!
Javi was excellent from check-in to even a small snack bag as compliment. I slept through the night without waking up despite being informed there will be noise due to remodeling. Breakfast was excellent and overall it was just a great stay for me as I was driving through. Thank you!!

The hote/stay was nice overall, and the staff was very polite/friendly/helpful however, the pool was being renovated and we were not notified until after the cancelation time. It soured our vacation trip as we were all looking forward to swimming. Would have been nice if we were notified before the cancelation time to be able to make a decision.

ALWAYS the perfect hotel. The employees are always smiling which is an indication of how much they love it there. It makes me feel at home to always see a smiling face. Management needs to be commended for having great employees!!!

We always enjoy Drury Inn hotels because of the happy hour offerings and the pool and hot tub. This location is currently remodeling and the shower doors did not stay closed when in use! Thermostat was inconsistent to the settings.
