This facility is near many of the tourist sites. It’s easy to get in and off of main highways from this location. Breakfast is always well done.

Property and rooms updated and in great condition. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Only one concern was the shower. We didn't use it because it looked like the tiles had soap or shampoo on them and therefore concerned me that it wasn't clean. Also the rug and bathroom needed a bit more vacuuming. Hotel very updated but located next to a gas station and convenience store. Not a problem at all but helpful!

We walked in and walked immediately out we went to another hotel. The bathroom was not clean the furniture was old and worn. Then they asked for a 100 dollar hold for incidentals --there is no restaurant --so what incidentals? I have had a hold for 100 in a nice hotel but this was not a nice hotel. The bathroom was so dirty we left and did not stay the night. The staff was okay. and we thought there would be less noise from the express way at this hotel --there might have been we are not sure as we didn't stay

Was mostly clean, except for one big obvious stain in middle of floor. Bathroom shower not working properly, would think obvious when room was cleaned. Front staff very friendly.

Felt the room was dated and carpet looked dirty and bathroom had mildew in the shower area. Thermostat on the wall did not work unknown if it was supposed to work and there was no TV listing of channels for the TV.

Kick out of room early
Check in took over 30 minutes. I was the only guest in the lobby. Bathroom, specifically shower/tub was dated and grimy. Curtains were torn. Spacious king room. Single cup coffee maker was really nice. Breakfast was not replenished or available at 9am. Staff went into my room prior to check out and bagged up my belongings so they could start cleaning, so my stay ended at 9am not noon. Manager on duty attempted to make amends.

Disappointing
The carpet was sticky and bathroom was dirty. The door didn’t latch. Our room keys were deactivated after the first night and we had to go to the front desk to reactivate them. The pictures were deceiving. The hotel shared a drive with the gas station next door. Would not recommend.

Room was great for overnight. Only concern was a little mold in the bathroom fmsince they have no fans it fets humid after one shower.

Room 421 Not what I am used to
Check in was easy. To watch tv I had to verify via unsecured Wi-Fi from either my personal phone or personal computer. Day curtain was torn, my guess is because you couldn't pull them together to close. Night curtain was fixed permanently open on both sides allow for parking lot lights to light up my room all night. At 2:18am the Roku TV Turned its self back on under someones control clicking to sign on to YouTube Music. I got up and turned it off with the remote leading me to believe the room next doors remote synced up to my rooms tv..... or, through the unsecured WiFi someone hacked their way in as a prank. Room 421 12/05/2023 I stay in Springfield overnight weekly and wanted to try somewhere new. I doubt I will return.
