« Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on our experience during our stay. We encountered several cleanliness and safety concerns upon arrival. The couch was extremely dirty, the downstairs shower was not clean, and one bedroom had ants covering the floor. We also found what appeared to be a drug pipe inside the home. We documented these conditions with photos and videos.Another major issue was the upstairs bedroom. It became extremely hot, even with five fans running. We could not...

« The furniture in the house is small, making the spaces look bigger than in the photos. The house and rooms are very small. The house is on a shared property with another house. That was never communicated in the listing or with check in instructions from the host. It made the check in process very confusing. There is an infestation of ants. We noticed them in the kitchen cupboards and then the bathrooms. Later we saw a huge line traveling from outside and entering through cracks in the stucco....

« The house was in a not so great area and was not clean. The window blinds walking us were a mess and bent which didn’t give a good feeling coupled with the neighborhood. Learned you need to scope out the area better before booking. AC was leaking water right at front door. Could have been much cleaner and more kitchen items. »

« House was perfect! Held our combined Bach trip here, plenty of room. Only thing I’d say to be aware is bring your own towels if you have a large group with you. Everything was pretty clean expect for the floors probably needed to be mopped. We were walking around the house and our feet were black lol. Which isn’t crazy but if you’re weird about it. The other thing which I missed while booking was I didn’t know there was another unit attached to the house that was booked at the same time as us....

« Beds were very comfortable. »

« We thoroughly appreciated the communications provided by the host. Initially had a few teething issues, with the keylock code not working, and a smell in the bedroom and the living area, but this was rectified and a cleaning crew came in twice for it. Place is perfectly situated (with car use) but a bit less so if on foot, or public transportation. The laundry in the shed and the kitchen are always welcome especially as our booking was over 2 weeks long! Thanks again for a suitable stay for us! »
