« This incredibly charming guest room never felt anything but a private cozy hideaway. With its own entrance, restroom, and accommodating host - we felt so fortunate to have found the perfect home-away-from-home for our trip. The island is a beautiful slice of Americana, and the host George was accommodating and available any time we needed without ever feeling like we were imposing on him. With an incredibly fair price, Swiss Army knife of amenities, and in such an incredible location no matter...

« We have an excellent experience. The location was absolutely perfect. Right on the beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to Belmont and lots of little shops and restaurants. The host Eric was amazing. We saw him in passing as he was seeing to other units. He was so kind, he even bought some new boogie boards for the kids. We will definitely be back. »

« I'm almost afraid to hype this house too much for fear there will be no vacancies when we want to rent it again!!! It was excellent in every way: Location - steps from the sand, easy walking distance to Mission Bay, shops, restaurants and fun zone. House - multiple windows with breathtaking views of the ocean, upstairs balcony with bbq, downstairs patio, spacious living area, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom necessities, washer and dryer, and plenty of outdoor "stuff" (bikes, boogie boards,...

10/10 Excellent
This stay was fantastic! Like having your own fully equipped apartment in downtown San Diego allowing you to cook and do washing, with full access to the same facilities as long-term residents (including gym and pool). Perfect for business or leisure.
