« We were staying for 4 nights. $515.00. First 2 days clean room. 2nd 2 days not cleaned. I had asked for soap and didn't get it. When I asked why at the end of the stay the gal on duty just blew it off and said we should have asked anyone or if we wanted our room cleaned more we should have asked for that at the beginning of the stay, they only clean every other day. « My bed was full of dog hair. When I informed the staff they did not clean my room, they only changed the sheets. My wife spent the entire stay (10 days) sick with asthma and cough. If the place accepts pets, they should clean well or at least not mix the rooms. I didn't expect to have such a bad time in a new place. Also I didn't like that the room was not cleaned in the 10 days we stayed. I don't recommend it at all. »

« This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. « We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again. »
