« Aucune insonorisation dans la chambre: 1) vacarme intense de l’autoroute I15, au trafic intense 24h/24, qui passe presque sous la fenêtre, 2) bruit infernal lorsque dans la chambre voisine on prend la douche! La climatisation ne marche pas, le ice maker non plus. Impossible de dormir…. Pas de cafetière dans la chambre, accueil plutôt froid! Mais pas cher »

« My bed was full of dog hair. When I informed the staff they did not clean my room, they only changed the sheets. My wife spent the entire stay (10 days) sick with asthma and cough. If the place accepts pets, they should clean well or at least not mix the rooms. I didn't expect to have such a bad time in a new place. Also I didn't like that the room was not cleaned in the 10 days we stayed. I don't recommend it at all. »

« This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic. « We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again. »

« The room was so cute, we stayed in Rome and it was cozy and clean. They have good food and drinks amenities in the room and nice lighting. They were very helpful and quick to respond to messages! »
