« I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. « Unfortunately, a big part of the reason we wanted the hotel was the pool. It was on and jets were moving but it was closed. We went for breakfast, and unfortunately everything was either unavailable or they couldn’t modify (make something without honey) so we walked to Starbucks. There were such loud noises all night and I was not happy with the experience. »

« Okay number one I wasn't offered free continental breakfast. Another thing you do not get a microwave in your room and I was there for three plus days. When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. Then we were informed that no rooms have a microwave it's a community microwave downstairs. And it was filthy, they had stuff all over the carpets and the elevators and the...

« J'ai déjà hébergé dans cet hôtel dans une autre ville et c'est un superbe hôtel. Super propre. Matelas et oreillers super confortable. J'étais satisfaite. Il est vrai qu'il y a des enfants, mais nous sommes une famille et cela nous convient. j'y retournerai sans hésiter. »

« Paid over two hundred dollars for a room with stained bedding, broken lights, not enough pillows, a rusted shower head and dogs barking all day and night. There was also no refrigeration or microwave available. »

« The property smelled and the tv did not work. I asked for a single bed and they gave me a room with two beds, then told me if I used the other bed they would charge me $25. The room had bugs and flys.. we slept with the lights on, but it was the only place available out of town.. HORRIBLE AND NASTY.. I am itching just thinking about it! »
