With vaulted ceilings and windows galore, there’s endless natural light that spills into each room.

Parking:
The Lookout is located on a steep hill. There is one parking space in the garage that also provides direct access to an 30- Amp / 240-volt electric car charger! No more than 3 cars on the driveway as the rest of the driveway is a steep hill. There is additional street parking for one car at the bottom of the driveway. Four cars is the maximum number of vehicles recommended for parking on site.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property. With our keyless entry,  you can enjoy a flexible check-in any time after the designated check-in time on your arrival date and guests can conveniently gain access via the smart lock.

Situated in an exclusive offshoot of Grand Haven, This property sits on the the Western most part of Spring Lake right off Lake Michigan. Take a 10 minute stroll down to your private community beach or head over to the public North Shore Beach where you can squeeze in a little sun bathing or sand castle building. Being equidistant from both Downtown Spring Lake and Downtown Grand Haven you can bask in all that both towns have to offer. From the annual Coastguard Festival of Grand Haven to the Farmers Markets of Spring Lake these towns are sure to not disappoint. Want to take to the water? There are boat rentals available along Grand River. Be it a motor boat or kayak, set sail to enrich your senses with the waterways of the river.

Our rentals are equipped with all the basic cooking essentials you'll need for a seamless cooking experience. Including pots and pans, utensils, a wide array of spices and seasonings and more. Whip up your favorite recipes, experiment with new local flavors, and savor the joy of cooking in the comfort of your home away from home. 

For summer bookings, check-ins are required Monday through Friday. If you have any issues booking please reach out to us directly at Upscale Lakeshore, West Michigan.

Outdoor furniture may be winterized from December - May.

All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your booking will include applicable taxes, a cleaning fee along with a safety and damage protection policy. We want to ensure the safety and security of our guests and properties. When you book a vacation home with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking along with completing a verification process. To complete the verification, you will be contacted via email and/or text message. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival, so we can confirm your reservation. Prior to booking, please reach out to us directly if you would like to see the rental agreement.

We recommend securing travel insurance to protect your investment should you need to cancel your reservation outside of the allotted window or due to inclement weather or any other factor.

Upscale Lakeshore loves their pets however this home is not pet friendly. If you are looking to vacation with your furry friend or service animal please contact us for a dog friendly home.
