Welcome to The Fancy Fin — your fun-filled coastal getaway on the Weeki Wachee River. Just Four houses down from the main river, it only takes seconds to the crystal-clear springs and Gulf adventures!

This 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom newly remodeled home sleeps up to 9 guests and is perfectly set up for families, friends, and memory-making vacations where the water is always the main attraction!

Sleeping Arrangements
• 2 King bedrooms — spacious, relaxing, and each equipped with a Smart TV
• Bunk room featuring two twin over twin bunk beds plus a twin trundle, also with a Smart TV — perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests.

We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, and creamers.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also available in refillable dispensers for your use.

Please note that we do not have an ice maker; however, there is a nearby ice machine conveniently located just down the road from the house.

Guests have access to the whole home except the owners closet, linen closet, and outside shed.

House Rules
•You’ll have exclusive use of the entire home during your stay.
•All guests must be preregistered. Please don’t exceed the maximum occupancy—unauthorized guests may result in cancellation without refund.
•No parties, events, loud music, smoking, or vaping.
•Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Let’s keep it peaceful for neighbors and river wildlife.
•Boats, kayaks, and other vessels may not be anchored or beached along the river. Alcohol is not permitted on the river.
•Life jackets are required for every person on any vessel.
•Please don’t rearrange furniture or decor. Moving items may result in additional fees.
•No items may be removed from the property.

Pets
•One well-behaved dog is allowed with prior approval.
•A $75 pet fee per stay applies and must be disclosed at booking.
•Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
•Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
•Please clean up after your dog and dispose of waste properly.
•Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning will result in additional fees.

River & Outdoor Use
•Enjoy the river and outdoor amenities at your own risk.
•Children must be supervised at all times near the river.
•Please follow all local and state river regulations.

Trash & Care
•Please dispose of trash properly and leave the home in good condition.
•This home is on a septic system—please flush toilet paper only.
