I met up with my sister to drop off my granddaughter for summer camp. My 80 year old mother joined us. The house was spacious and well appointed The pool was lovely. It was odd to have the owner around but he was kindWe are not new to VRBO and have rented homes for 20 years.

Home away from home

Mr. Bertram is the best host that anyone can ask for. The house is always pristine and stocked, meeting him at the house for check in is a pleasure and he keeps the pool very clean. I will always check if this house is available when visiting family in Spring Hill.

Great Location

Short Spring Hill Stay

We came to Spring Hill for a baby shower for my Niece. Mr. James greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. House was very clean and Homey. Plenty of room and all of the necessities that we needed. Beds were super comfortable. The screened in Lanai was a plus. Would have loved to be able to use the pool but it was too cold outside. Walmart was about 8 minutes away. Definitely Will stay again.

Wonderful!!

James is the perfect host! His property is perfect and well taken care of when I say perfect that’s exactly what I mean. The house is so clean and inviting. The beds are so cozy:).The kitchen was nicely stocked The pool was great for our grandson to come over after school and hang out with us for a bit . We would definitely like to stay here again and again when we are in the area

Home Away From Home

Our stay at James’ property was awesome. From the amazing hospitality to the beautiful home, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was great, super close to everything! I will definitely look to rebook James’ property on my next trip to Spring Hill.

SUPER AMAZING HOME & SUPER HOST

The property exceeded our expectaions with both location, cleanliness and size. The home is very clean, nicely set up and all the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The photos do not do this home justice. James is an amazing host, very warm, welcoming and gracious. We had a very late arrival time and James was so kind and had late night snacks ready for us. Communication was also wonderful. The pool was very clean and welcoming. Do not hesitate to book this home. It was a wonderful experience.

The property is very clean and is close to everything needed. The pool was clean and very refreshing. The owner went above and beyond expectations. James met us at the house showed us everything and when leaving he even provided driving instructions back to Orlando Airport which was faster and an easier drive than MapQuest provided. The TV actually broke while we were using it one evening within 8 hours after speaking to James he purchased a new TV and installed it!! James is a great host I highly recommend this house for your vacation.

Awesome home near Weeki Wachee

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful, spacious home. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We appreciated the location close to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, and also enjoyed having a pool to relax in! James is a delightful host - great communication and very responsive.

50th birthday/family trip

We stayed at James's property. He met us there, showed us around. He's very kind and nice. His house has everything you could want from pots and pans, to spices and utensils! The ac and ceiling fans cool the house down. The beds are comfy. The neighborhood is quiet.I highly recommend this property. We all agreed, we would absolutely rent from James and Eve again. It's centrally located to just about everything to see. Safe for families. A++++

Wonderful house

Very nice house! Driveway was a bit steep and I was worried our parking gear would give out but it never did. James was a wonderful guy and I really appreciated meeting him, we had a bit of miscommunication about check/in however it was totally my fault and I over looked the part that he wanted to meet us at the house and walk the property with us…. All in all it was a great house and the only downside for us was the location we traveled usually around 1 hour for beaches an attractions

Superb. Mr James the host is lovely. He greeted us at the villa after a long flight and made sure we had everything we needed and showed us how everything worked. Villa is lovely and spacious with 4 large beds. Nice big living area. Lots of restaurants and shops within a few minutes drive. Also very close to the mermaids. If back in area will definitely be back. Thank you Mr James for your hospitality and generosity. It was a real pleasure to meet you.

It was a very nice place, the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quite. The place was equipped with all you needed, from cooking, to cleaning laundry. Just come an enjoy. I make one suggestion add a TV in one of the bedrooms.

When we walked into this home, it was even more impressive than the pics could illustrate. We felt we were in luxury we haven't experienced on vacation in a long time. Mr. Bertram provides additonal amenities that enhance the feeling of being spoiled. We are definitely looking this place up next time we're in town. Don't hesitate to rent this home!

Absolutely beautiful

James was so very nice and welcomed us , house was beautiful and had everything and more. Loved the private pool. Two bathrooms was great especially with teenagers, everyone had their own bedroom which was a plus. We will definitely come back when we go back to Tampa ( hour and 14 mins away) or Disney ( one hour and 57 mins). We did so much and we were right in middle which was great. If I could give ten stars I would.

HIGHLY Recommend - 5 STARS ALL AROUND

From the moment I booked my stay James was communicating. He is always pleasant and kind. My son and daughter were able to meet him at the house to get the key and tour of the property. (Since I wasn't getting in to Tampa till late) The house is clean and has plenty of space. All amenities were stocked. The beds were comfortable and the pool was exactly what we wanted. This is the 5th VRBO we have had in the last year and half and by far the best. HIGHLY recommend this home and the homeowner.

Owner met us there with keys, and cold water. Walked us thru property answering all question. Made sure we new how to get a hold of him if problem came up. Having your own private pool just cannot be beat. Best stocked home we have ever rented for trash , laundry, and paper products. Will stay here again next time we come back to see our daughter.

Concert Coziness

We stayed here to attend a large concert at Raymond James Stadium. The property is very comfortable, the kind of comfort that makes you feel like you are walking into a home and not a house. James has so many extra amenities and is so accommodating. The house has a very nice layout for families, with a master bedroom on one side of the house and three guest rooms on the other. The house has an open floor plan with lots of space, this is probably one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed with my family. The young adults enjoyed the pool and patio every evening, it was a great way to end the day. I would stay here again and again, highly recommend this house if you are in the area.
