Détendez-vous et profitez de notre merveilleuse maison de piscine de vacances idéalement située sur la côte du golfe de Floride avec de nombreux restaurants, magasins et commodités, à seulement quelques minutes.

Notre maison de plus de 2400 pieds carrés est entièrement climatisée pour votre confort. La chambre principale avec salle de bain privée, bain à remous, douche à l'italienne et double vanité donne sur la piscine par des portes coulissantes en verre. Les 2e et 3e chambres comprennent un lit queen-size avec une commode assortie et un dressing spacieux. Cette maison peut accueillir six (6) confortablement.

Notre maison dispose également d'un grand salon spacieux, d'une tanière, d'un coin repas et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec coin repas qui surplombe la piscine privée. En vous prélassant sur la véranda au bord de la piscine chauffée, vous trouverez des chaises longues, un coin salon pour manger et un barbecue à gaz pour votre confort et votre commodité.

Notre région de la côte du golfe de Floride, également connue sous le nom de côte naturelle, présente de nombreuses attractions locales à une courte distance en voiture. Pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns sont Weeki Wachee Springs (la maison des sirènes), Buccaneer Bay Water Park, Lamantins à Homosassa Springs et Pine Island Beach, le tout dans environ 10-15 minutes où vous êtes sûr de capturer un magnifique coucher de soleil ou un grand journée à la plage.

Si vous souhaitez vous aventurer plus loin de Spring Hill, vous pourriez être intéressé par des attractions telles que Disney World ou Universal Studios à Orlando, Busch Gardens à Tampa, les magnifiques plages de sable blanc de Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks et la célèbre Sam's Hudson Beach Restaurant où regarder un magnifique coucher de soleil sur de la musique live et de la bonne nourriture est une icône depuis les années 80.

Clean property

The property was very clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood. It was advertised as a “ heated” pool. My idea of a heated pool is warmer water than if there was no heater. There was a solar cover over the pool. I would not classify this as heated. Maybe revise the description. Also, I thought there would be an extra roll of toilet paper and an extra roll of paper towel. Maybe I was expecting too much? Anyway, I would recommend this property and I would stay again. The area has shopping and restaurants. We felt comfortable. The owner was very nice and answered quickly. Thank you.

Overall this property was a perfect choice. Listing is as indicated. Contact and response from owner and property manager was amazing. The only suggestion we might offer is to have some table linens available. Pool was beautiful!! All in all this was an excellent experience

Spacious comfy pool home

Beautiful pool, lanai, and big private backyard. Nice big home with comfy beds, pillows, and comforters. Wonderful appliances, fully stocked kitchen. Living room with large reclining sectional is super comfy. Nice neighborhood convenient to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. The house needs updating as shown in pics, but it didn't bother us one bit. Unfortunately, you don’t have access to the garage which makes unloading luggage and groceries a little inconvenient and hot.

we were told that the house was rented out to someone else for two weeks after we had traveled to Atlanta Ga from Columbus Oh. we then had problem's with the hotel that was set up for us. As we showed us and spent 2 hrs trying to figure out why we had to pay for them after I was told they were taken care of. my trip has costed me alot more than we had planned due to the changes.

Christmas with the kids

Our daughter and son-in-law live in Spring Hill about 2 miles away from this property. This was our year to visit them for Christmas. This beautiful property was the perfect location for our visit. It is located close enough for day trips to see manatees and the ocean. We had a lovely walk in the Weekiwachee Nature Preserve. The heated pool was amazing for us Michiganders enjoying the Florida winter. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay. We had one small glitch in the beginning that the property manager was able to assist with very promptly. He even dropped by to show us exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again if it's available.

Nice villa but needs TLC

This is a nice property but showing age in places and needs some TLC Some white goods need replacing. The villa is large and the pool is of good standard and not overlooked. We found several essential items missing including hairdryer, ironing board, pool towels, clothes airer. More china and glassware are needed. We found that a sheet in one bedroom had a large tear in it. After the first week we changed the sheets in the master bedroom to find that there were bad stains on the mattress protector and mattress. A cleaner was called and she promised to return with a new mattress protector and to clean the mattress. We expected that she would return immediately but it took her 24 hours to return. We had difficulty contacting the owner for the first few days and we thought he was ignoring us but he had covid. We went out and bought pool towels, sheets to replace the ripped one and an ironing board as the local guy said he had never seen an ironing board in the property. When the owner recovered he arranged for a new ironing board cover for the board which was locked in the garage which we did not have access to. The cleaning company eventually replaced the torn sheet so we had to return the items we had bought. The local guy did not know the phone number of the cleaning company. On our return from dinner on the last night we saw a large cockroach on the kitchen worktop. We found all these difficulties very stressful

Almost better than your own home! Plenty of room, and even though our other intended guests couldn't make it, we still enjoyed our visit. The pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed being able to relax in the evenings there. Everything was very comfortable and well maintained. We've rented quite a few homes throughout the years, however, this is the only one that when we were leaving, I commented on how I was actually going to miss it. The area was very quiet, and we enjoyed being able to watch "our" bunny rabbit in the mornings! Would definitely rent it again! Thank you Guy and Patrick!

Beautiful well maintained home

We have stayed at this property in the past and have not been disappointed. The pool and pool area are the highlight of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable and home is very clean. The layout of the house is great for multiple people as you can all be together but still have your privacy. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again in the future.

Great Home Away from Home

This house is conveniently located. The neighborhood is quiet, but in 5-15 minutes you can be at Walmart, Publix, fast food establishments, and hiking/biking trails. This trip we began exploring Crews Lake Wilderness Park. What a beautiful, peaceful place. This is the second time my group has stayed here. The house is clean and well-stocked. There is plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are on either side of the house, so there is plenty of privacy and the common spaces are large. The pool area is peaceful. The furniture is comfortable, the pool clean and refreshing. You can sit quietly and watch the birds and squirrels playing. Patrick answers your questions in a timely manner, and his handy man, Guy, who lives close by, is very responsive to any problems or questions that you may have. The reason for my trips has come to an end. If it had not, I would have planned to return to Patrick's home for each subsequent visit. I have rented homes from VRBO for the last 15 years, quite a few in the Florida area. If you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable home, I would strongly recommend this one.

Huge house! Our 2nd stay. Great for visiting our family who have kids. We swim, BBQ, hang out together or the kids have a big family room separate from living room.we love it. Everything is there for you. Great house.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed four weeks at Patrick’s beautiful home. Check in was very easy. The home had everything we needed to make for a very relaxing vacation. The beds were very comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen for preparing meals and the house was very clean. The pool was spectacular and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Having the property manager two doors away was excellent as we did have a few little issues which were addressed within the hour. I highly recommend Patrick’s house for short or long term stays. We will definitely consider a return visit.

Awesome home with a beautiful pool area!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and close to everything. The kitchen was very well stocked with tons of pots and pans and all the gadgets we needed! Having the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house was nice for privacy. The pool and pool area were AWESOME!!! The water temp was perfect! We were able to enjoy it everyday. Communication with Patrick the manager was great. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!! Thank you for sharing your Florida home with us!
