Shhhā€¦.Spokaneā€™s best kept secret! Here you will have your own private waterfront house in the heart of Spokane. We invite you to relax on the river with your family and make a sā€™more after on the bonfire! Here you will have your own private dock and beaches well. Keep in mind this home is a playground for all four seasons, being only 25 minutes away from mount spokane ski resort and 25 minutes to Coeur dā€™Alene. The Centennial Trail is walking distance and the renowned Arbor Crest Winery is a 5 minute drive away! However our personal favorite is Rocket Bakery, right around the corner where we get our favorite coffee and pastries for breakfast.
Our newly renovated 1950ā€™s home is waiting for you with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room to make this a perfect home away from home for your group or family.
This property does include private river access, private dock and beach, included FREE water toys (2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks) with life vests provided on the property. We kindly ask for no loud parties, no smoking and no pets. Lastly, please treat our home like your would yours.

We kindly ask NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE ALLOWED ON OUR PROPERTY AT A TIME. Our neighbors are full time residents, and their comfort is important to us. Any larger is considered an event or party. NO SMOKING of any kind in the house or outside while on our property. We do host for small events. This means 20 people or less. Our event fee is $650 additional on your total. This fee is charged once you check into house and get comfortable. Examples of events: birthday party, retirement party, memorial service, graduation party.

Our family adored this charming and well loved property on the Spokane River for my daughterā€™s college graduation. Although small in appearance from the outside, this home utilized both indoor and outdoor space brilliantly. The sunken living room was cozy and afforded many conversation areas for our family. The amenities here (e.g. the cozy towels, utensils, well appointed kitchen, coffee selection, smore skewers and fire pit) made this feel like a boutique hotel. The outdoor space was lovely, as were the plantings and hardscaping, overlooking the River and birdlife, including ducks and eagles. You will love this home!!!

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Spokane with our family. The property was clean, well maintained, and tastefully updated. It is close to downtown Spokane (10-15min) and had lots of amenities near by. The property hosts were so easy to work. We needed a late checkout and they were more than accommodating to help us out! Will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Spokane.

We loved staying at the river club. It is a beautiful property within an enjoyable walking distance to other conveniences. We arose each morning to see crew teams rowing the Spokane River. Lovely neighborhood and the home is well stocked with amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The hosts are wonderful and do everything to make your stay perfect. We were also working and found the WiFi was exceptional - from the house all the way down to the riverfront. It was a great stay!

I would hve given it 5 stars but I assumed the house was all air conditioned and it was not. They had units that kept the two back bedrooms cool and one in the living room which was adequate. The master bedroom was hot the fan n cooling unit they had did not keep the bedroom cool and it was a very hot week when we were there. Kitchen and dining area was warm. But we ate outside in the lovely outside area with huge table and fan. Aside from the heat the house was beautiful, location great right on the river. We just picked a very hot week.

We selected this house for a family vacation while visiting our son at Fairchild Air Force Base. The house and property is perfect for a get away. Super clean accommodations, comfy furniture and beds. We loved the design of the house, interior and exterior. Thank you for having all of the residential basics on hand in the kitchen and baths including dish washer, clothes washer and coffee pods! Margaret the host was so nice and easy to communicate with. We look forward to our next visit - we will certainly book this lovely house again!

We rented this home for a school event, a place we could enjoy communicate if classmates while we gave final presentations in a masters program. This was the perfect place to stay for the day and hang out, enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful outside decor of this home! The hosts were accommodating and communicative. ā€œSo happy we found the little slice of heaven to call home for the last few days, we came in to visit some family and could host a small bon fire every night and rewind about good time. We we skiing at mount Spokane while we were there, itā€™s a car hop away, about 30 mins. The hosts were so nice and easy to communicate with. Mt Spokane is only 40 min from this house. Also easy to get to Silver Mt, 49Ā° N. ,Look Out Mt. This home is very comfortable, clean and quiet. Looks just like the pictures. Easy walk to restaurants, bar and bakery. We plan on coming back. Would be so fun Iā€™m the summer being right on the water. Truly has lots to offer year round. Host were a dream to work with.

Gee whiz! What a stay. . . Perfect little get away that matches that perfect combo of homey and tranquil. Even in the winter, the river club sustained its charm as shown in the pictures and we found ourselves going out to fire pit to take in the view of the river. All in all, perfect middle ground between ā€œgetting-away-from-it-allā€ and just a stoneā€™s throw away from I90 thatā€™ll get you to downtown Spokane in 10min. We really enjoyed the home, the neighborhood and our entire stay. Max and Mary were fantastic hosts and were super responsive when I needed anything even an emergency plunger. Highly recommend the river club for anyone buzzing through town.

I loved our stay on Max & Margaret's river home. Their home is cozy with a stunning view of the river. The kitchen is well equipped and the room sizes are larger than they look in the photos. Very comfortable beds with nice linens. (that's important to me!) Max & Marg were wonderful and responsive hosts. We will definitely be back.
