Wonderful holidays !
A lovely appartment with a wonderful view of the adriatic and Brac island. Nearest the little beach (quiet, clear and blue water and equiped of shower and change cabine) and not so far by foot of the centre of Split. The flat is exactly what Ivana describe on the site. Everything is perfect and Ivana answers each time we needed in a very short time. And Toni the manager was available too. A perfect place for a perfect dalmatian holidays!!

Close to Old Town
We enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to the Old Town and take in the stunning Palace. The weather wasn’t the best one morning and we spent a day reading on the balcony watching the boats as the lightning strikes were flashing in the distance. Great place.

Nice property But there are issues!
The property advertises that it has its own parking, but this is not accurate. There is just shared parking in the area outside the building. You might not get parking. The hot water system is very unreliable and it intermittently fluctuates between hot and cold. The main showers also leak or appear to be faulty. The pictures can be misleading. The property appears to show a Beach view, but in fact, there is not one. Hosts were very helpful

Das Appartment hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen und zurück hat super funktioniert. Ivanca hat auf jede Bitte sofort reagiert. Check in / out war problemlos und Toni war super nett. Die Küche war super. Wir haben alles vorgefunden was wir brauchten (und mehr). Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze, Öl, Essig und ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen. Es waren sogar Eiswürfel im Tiefkühlschrank. Das Bad war eine kleine Wellnessoase. Die Dusche und die Wanne sind der Hammer. Alles war sauber und super gemütlich. Es fehlte an nichts auch ausreichend spannende Literatur ist vorhanden. Man hat einen super Blick aufs Meer und wir haben gerne auf dem Balkon gesessen und den Booten zugesehen. Alles was wir brauchten war zu Fuß zu erreichen, sei es der Bäcker, zum Einkaufen, einer der Strände oder einem Stadtbummel. Wir haben auch einen Bootstrip gemacht und mehrmals den Waldpark (Marjan) erkundet und beim abendlichen Stadtbummel gab es immer eine Kugel Eis. Alles in allem ein wirklich sehr schöner Urlaub. Gorgeous property and location, exceptional hosts
We stayed in the apartment for 12 days. Ivana could not have been more helpful, arranging airport transfers and helping with restaurants etc. Toiletries and beach towels were provided along with a mid stay properly clean. Easy walk to Split centre with access to beaches and beach bars. We recommend Ciri-biri Bella restaurant, Skippers pizza and Konoba Fratelli for a family meals. We loved sea kayaking and our boat tour to the blue lagoon and shipwreck. We would love to come again, thanks to Ivana for all of the thoughtful touches

Stunning views and great location
Ivana is a great host, answering all my queries promptly and even organising airport transfer for us. The property is very clean and has much needed aircon in all the rooms. I wasn’t expecting this as other reviews said it only had aircon in the living room and main bedroom, so this must have been added more recently and was much appreciated. The apartment is in a quiet area of town with beautiful views over the sea. It took us 10-15 minutes to walk to the nearest beach and 20 minutes to walk to the centre of Split. We did worry about whether or not we should cancel our booking because of Covid19, but I’m very glad we didn’t. Having our own apartment instead of a hotel made us feel very safe, and Split is beautiful. We wore masks in the narrow side streets and shops but found we could socially distance in People’s Square, Republic Square, the Cellars of the Diocletian palace and all the museums. A lovely holiday!

An ideal holiday base in Split
We booked this property for a family holiday: two adults and two lads of 20 and 18. This lovely apartment provided us with a superb base in Split and we all had a brilliant time. Ivana sorted out a transfer from the airport, courtesy of the excellent Mario and we arrived at our accommodation to find an amazing fridge full of wine, beers and fruit juice. were was also enough fruit tea and coffee to keep us going through our stay - how generous a welcome! We used the supermarket about 10 minutes walk away towards Split for our shopping during the trip. First impressions: the wonderful view from the balcony with views of cruise liners, ferries and mega-yachts, as well as a family of golden orioles in a tree across the road; very effective (and almost silent for once) air conditioning and a bright and spotlessly clean living space. Although there was no access to UK channels on the TV, the boys enjoyed Netflix and could hook up their laptop for evening viewing. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The bathrooms were almost perfect: the only minor problem was that water from the second shower spilled onto the floor, so we chose not to use it and the seal in the main one also didn't keep the water in completely. I'm sure this can be easily fixed and it didn't spoil our enjoyment at all. We walked to the nearby beach most days: it was shingle and stone, so bring water shoes! There was a simple beach bar selling ice cream, coffee, beers and other cold drinks. Getting there was easy - 10 minutes walk - and the steps down are opposite the Mestrovic Gallery entrance (also well worth a visit). We walked into Split in the evenings to eat most days - a twenty minute stroll, perhaps - and found a very lively town with amazingly picturesque narrow alleyways and a great variety of super restaurants. During our stay, we chose to make two trips out. A day trip by bus to Krka National Park was the first. Although it was very busy there, we really enjoyed the experience of swimming in the waterfalls and the park itself was exceptionally beautiful. Fewer people would have been better, but it was a memorable day, nonetheless. The second outing was by fast rib to the lovely little port of Maslinca on Solta, the Blue Lagoon for snorkelling amongst the fish and an hour or so in Trogir - again well worthwhile! Thank you, Ivana, for letting us stay in you superb apartment: we would love to return to your great country for another holiday.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The apartment is modern & very comfortable (great AC, comfortable beds, great showers) with a beautiful ocean view. The WiFi works well in the kitchen/family room, but not in the bedrooms. It is a 15-20 min walk to the center of Split & the marina.

Perfect location in a beautiful city
I always feel like I roll the dice when I rent a home where I have never stayed. All I can say is “wow.“ The owner arranged for our family of six to be picked up at the airport by Mario and Mario both of whom were complete gentlemen and gave us incredible recommendations for dinner our second night. The views from the apartment are gorgeous and the home is huge. Everything worked perfectly from the oversized bath tub to the beautiful shower to the spacious kitchen. My only regret is that we did not stay long. Thanks for the wonderful stay. If this home is available, I highly recommend it.

Lovely home
This is the second time we have stayed at this home. That should say a lot in itself. It was lovely yet again . Close to town in a very quiet neighborhood. It is immaculate, has everything you need, and the hostess is the best.

Mixed Emotions
This apartment has a spectacular view and was nice and clean and had great air conditioning. Ivana was always prompt with her replies when contacted. We had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels and found ourselves washing towels over and over since we were all (6 of us) just given 1 of everything for a 6 night stay. No washcloths, no hot water in the kitchen sink, and no communal pool as listed under "Pool/Spa". We should've asked about the pool before booking this (hindsight is always 20/20, isn't it?!) but I took the listing to be accurate. The pool is not on the property, there is a fee to use it, and it wasn't open when we went there. I called HomeAway to ask how to deal with complaining about this and they advised me NOT to contact Ivana and that they prefer to be the "middleman". I found out later that I should have contacted Ivana directly and was given the wrong information originally. I would've asked about the hot water in the kitchen and for more towels had I known to contact her. Ivana should remove the pool from the amenities section or at the very least move it to the "Attractions" field so others are not mislead. If you're looking for a modern-ish place for a couple days, it'll probably suit your needs just fine and will provide you with a great feeling everytime you step onto the balcony. Giving this 3 stars due to lack of resources, lack of clarity about the pool and lack of any reimbursement. Will up it to 4 if Ivana removes communal pool from Pool/Spa field.

Dear Samantha,we are really sorry that you have left our apartment with mixed emotions. However every story has two sides.You have booked an apartment that is detailed explained on our website. The apartment offers all conveniences including; air-condition, heating, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV in all rooms, satellite channels, NETFLIX, free WiFi access, free phone for local lines. The price includes coffee,tea,beda set up on arrival and every guest gets one big,one small and one beach towel as it is written in our description and in welcome mail that you have received. As we are apartment and we do not want to boder our guests every guest has our mobile phone or contact mail sent and written in the apartment if guests needs anything. We are ON DISPOSAL for our guests 24/7. We are soory that you have not called us about anything during six day stay regarding the fact that you had our number. Once again we have written about comunity pool which is public pool and it is not in our building. Once again it is 7 minutes walk from our apartment (how can it be on our property?). We are also left confused and with mixed emotions because reagarding the fact that you had our number and we are on disposal for our guests you did not contact us about anything. But when you have left the apartment you contacted both, Homeaway and us and wanted a refund.

Her representative was right there to greet us, he helped us with our bags and even made a quick store run! It was immaculate, well appointed and enjoyable! The space is ideal. This apartment was beautifully appointed. Very modern and clean.
This home is very well located within easy walking distance to the city centre. The apartment has a large deck overlooking the sea. We had an issue with the coffee machine and the owner was very responsive in addressing it. We were there in the middle of a very hot spell. The living area and master bedroom had great air conditioning. The other two bedrooms relied on the air from the living area, so they were quite warm for sleeping. I would recommend this home as our stay was very enjoyable.

Well presented and well positioned property. Very spacious with a stunning view.
A lovely property which was very spacious and had a great view. It was only a 15 minute walk to the harbour and 25 minutes to the centre of Split. This meant it was close enough to enjoy everything on foot but far enough away to escape the city noise. Only negatives were no hot water in the kitchen (didn't affect us as we were out most days) and the smaller shower having no curtain so we avoided using it so we didn't have a pool of water to clear up. Parking was on a first come basis but there was plenty of nearby space to use if it was full up. Great to have air conditioning in most of the property, including the main bedroom. Our host was always available for any queries before and during our stay too. A great property and would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding hosts and beautiful home
Ivana and Ivan were outstanding hosts. They provided transportation from the Split airport and provided beverages and snacks upon our arrival. Their home is beautiful - very comfortable, clean, and modern. The master suite is quite large with a balcony. The other two bedrooms are very nice as well. The kitchen is well stocked and modern. The covered balcony outside the living room provides an amazing, extensive view of the Adriatic. The walk to town is easy - less than a mile, and the home is within walking distance of several nice beaches. Truly a gem. You could not find a better home or more gracious hosts.

Our four night stay was great. Everything from check-in to departure was convenient. Ivana responds quickly and is easy to work with. She arranged a full day boating trip that was a highlight. The apartment is in a lovely location close to some great beaches, and town is an easy walk. And the view!
