« Had a bite mark on my hand when I woke up and that freaked me out. Check in clerk was rude. The check out clerk was older and soooooo nice, helpful, and did not ignore us and make us seem as if we were interrupting her. She deserves a 10 out vid ten. This place was an accidental booking, but it was very peaceful and quiet. »

« They had little black spiders there in the hotel room and the pool was tiny my kids didnt go swimming bcuz the pool was too packed with people,and the room was small for a suite and had trash from the previous person under the bed and on side the dresser,the staff was rude also.and they overcharged me. »

« I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). »

« I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused.
