« It is a beautiful house! It had everything my family and we needed. The kitchen is big perfect for large gatherings and cleaning is also made easier by the multiple sinks and 2 dish washers. Master bedroom is downstairs which was convenient. And each of my family members had their own bedroom with their own bathroom upstairs. Which worked out great when it was time to get ready for church on Sunday. The house in general needs some dusting off but overall it was a great stay and we thank Matt...

« Farmhouse is exactly as listed. Well maintained, very clean, comfortable beds and just a neat old farmhouse. Check and out was easy, even gave us an early check in. It is located in the country but half way between Ithaca and Watkins Glen. »

« The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day. »

« We were a family of 7 (+ 2 dogs), needing a comfortable & roomy place to stay while we moved our daughter & son-in-law to the Ithaca area. The Yellow Barn was absolutely perfect for us. While we didn’t have a lot of time to fully appreciate the property, we did spend time perusing the gorgeous bird books and reflecting on the journaling book that detailed the building of this beautiful barn & property. We did cook breakfast, & found everything we needed in the fully stocked & efficient kitchen....

« Allie was a thoughtful host, and made sure to stay in touch prior to our visit, with regular messages. Her artistic flair is evident in the decor of the rooms and also in the hearty breakfasts she served us each morning. I recommend this place as a perfect get away spot.- close to Cornell and the Ithaca College but nicely tucked away in farm country. »

« We had a great weekend staying in the property. The wood burner was great for a chilly early spring weekend, Elizabeth was very clear and accommodating in her communications making it very easy and everything was just great. My only regret is not booking the third night to stay for the Solar Eclipse and to get to explore the property further. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and the accommodations at the Yurt were perfect for my wife and I! »

« Came for 3 days to visit Cornell with my daughter and this home was perfect. Small, yet not lacking anything, rustic but lacking none of the modern tech. The backyard waterful, fire pit and views are worth the stay alone. Would definitely stay again. »
