Terrible experience. Even though I had the confirmation from Expedia, and called the day before flying to Barbados to âre-confirmâ, I find out after I arrive in Barbados with two little kids that the âproperty would not be able to honor the reservationâ. And then spent two hours with an Expedia agent on the phone trying to find a new place to stay (most places were fully booked). Terrible communication from both Expedia and the property. The property owner didnât even apologize. Also, they never answer their phone, for some odd reason. I would NOT recommend this place. Unreliable, lack of respect for your time, poor communication, people who donât care.
