The amenities at The Peaks were amazing and the living space including amazing views were perfect. Because it was August and gorgeous weather, it made the penthouse pretty warm even with all windows open and shades that could be drawn closed. « The property was excellently situated to enjoy the bluegrass festival. Easy access to downtown, festival grounds, etc. Be aware that there is no AC in the unit and the only way to cool it down is to open the windows. If you are booking during a music festival you will hear the performances loud and clear. You will also hear the festival attendees leaving the grounds and partying in the streets all night long. »
