« A great place to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Amazing to see the cruise ships as they leave the port. A great location with restaurants and grocery stores close by. The apartment was tastefully decorated and included a washer/dryer ! The kitchen could use a few more utensils and towels could be replaced. We would recommend to family and friends🌺 »

« Great location and perfect for families!Nice home in a convenient area , walking distance to A1A, Dunkin’, and other shops. It’s only about 2 miles from the cruise port, which made things super easy. Plenty of space for a large family. We had a great stay! »

« This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again. »

« the people renting were very pleasant prior to and after checking in and checkout and i have no complaints there. only thing that could improve would be a little more general living supplies like cups, plates and pots and pans. couldn't make breakfast without making bacon and eggs in the same pan (only one) and also going back to a store to get salt and pepper. not a big deal at all and hardly worth mentioning, but it was a considerable contrast to the place we stayed earlier in our trip for...

On ne peut garer qu'un seul véhicule devant la maison, mais juste à coté, il y a un parking gratuit avec des places disponibles. Je recommande vivement cette location pour un séjour sous le soleil de Floride ! »

« Very nice being right in the marina with a restaurant. Environment was great and the restaurant is within walking distance which was a major plus. Lovely 2 story townhouse close to the beach and the river which was great for kayaking. Would recommend and hope to stay there again! »
