« The hotel is very charming and true to the photos. Everything is clean and beautifully renovated. The restaurant is also very good. But the real highlight of this hotel is the kindness and efficiency of the staff. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for four nights, but the hotel offered a full refund for those nights, which we really appreciated. The only downside for me was the music, which was much too loud in the lobby and around the pool. You can hear it clearly even up to the 12th...

« Le point le plus important pour nous : les express pour réduire considérablement le temps d’attente pour les attractions. Ensuite la possibilité d’entrer dans les parcs plus vite le matin. Puis la proximité des deux principaux parcs à pieds. Il faut prendre un bus Universal pour Volcano et un autre pour EPIC (arrêts au même endroit, à l’arrière de l’hôtel). Chambre standard. Personnel très sympathique. »

« Overall this property met our needs and expectations. It was clean and has what you need. I will say if you’ll be spending a lot of time in the condo or looking for something high end you may want to keep looking. If you’re looking for your home away from home that is close to the parks then this is it. This was reasonably priced all things considered. I would say as feedback to the owners that it would be helpful to have some sort of storage containers like sandwich baggies or aluminum foil or...
