"Close enough to walk to universal, 30 min. City bus can take you in front on the hotel on the other side of the street and bring you to the universal parking, just like the universal buses, for $2. Second stay here, my spot at universal for Orlando informer on the cheaper side."

"The hotel is very charming and true to the photos. Everything is clean and beautifully renovated. The restaurant is also very good. But the real highlight of this hotel is the kindness and efficiency of the staff. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for four nights, but the hotel offered a full refund for those nights, which we really appreciated. The only downside for me was the music, which was much too loud in the lobby and around the pool. You can hear it clearly even up to the 12th floor, and it’s really not pleasant when you’re trying to fall asleep. I would be happy to come back, hopefully with a quieter atmosphere next time!"
