« What didn't go wrong? There was an exposed wire on the landline. None of the USB charging ports in the living room worked. The shower water was only lukewarm. The TV in the bedroom was not connected to the internet; so I couldn't stream anything. Also, the remote in the bedroom did not work. Finally, there was a soapy film on top of the pool. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel. »
