Relaxation starts right here in this beautiful location. Private, quiet, delightful. Attention to detail welcomes guests at every turn on this property. Relax at the pool, refresh in custom built showers, doze off in the family room, or retire for the night in plush bedding. New for 2025, the newly built poolhouse is a perfect accompaniment to the pool area, creature comforts abound. We are approaching 90% completion in August.

Nestled on an immaculately landscaped half-acre on a very desirable Village street, this beautiful home has everything for a perfect summer getaway.
Inside, 5 well-appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom; a living room with wood-burning fireplace; an eat-in kitchen with sunny breakfast table; a large family room with a flat-screen TV, pool table, ping pong, and wet bar, all provide ample living space for a family and house guests. Professionally decorated by interior design firm Davis Designs, the home features top of the line fabrics, linens, and details, as well as Subzero and Wolf appliances, Waterworks fixtures, and Carrara marble countertops.

On the grounds, a fully fenced-in, large heated Gunite pool sits surrounded by a wide bluestone patio with lounge chairs, sofa, cocktail seating, and a covered portico with a large table for outdoor dining, as well a gas grill. The lush tall hedges and hydrangea border ensure complete privacy outdoors. The property also includes a 50-year-old rose garden, a picnic table, a detached two-car garage, high-speed 1 gig internet, Central A/C, and TVs in most rooms, including Living Room, Family Room, and 3 of the bedrooms.
The 2,500 square foot home is within easy distance of both the charming Main Street of Southampton, with its many restaurants and shops, and world-renowned Ocean beaches- including Coopers Beach, voted each year among the best in the world.
Note: This is a family home. We do not allow parties, groups, or share houses. The house sleeps 10 but we allow a max of 6 adults. There are two master bedrooms, one staff room, and two children's rooms. Adults may not sleep in the bunk bed room. Additional fees will apply for any adults beyond the sixth adult. Please inquire prior to booking.

Beaches: The home does not come with beach passes; a pass for Coopers Beach can be purchased at the beach.
Pool: The pool is open from Memorial Day through Columbus Day in October each year. Enjoy!

Gregg is an amazing host

Gregg is a welcoming and very attentive host. He was super responsive prior to and during our stay. The house is extremely well stocked with all that we needed for the stay. Unlike some other hosts, he is easy going and very thorough. There were no surprises and everything was as advertised. The little details mattered - he was there at check in, double checking the cleaning crews work and to give us a tour of the home. We look forward to being back at Gregg’s especially with the addition of the new pool house.

Wonderful Southampton Village House

We loved our stay in Southampton! From the moment we booked this property Greg was very responsive and accommodating. Upon checking in he personally welcomed us and took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed to feel at home during our stay. He recommended a wonderful restaurant and even checked in to make sure we enjoyed it. The home was very clean, updated and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was perfect for relaxing with a beautiful pool set to the perfect temperature! The home is conveniently located close to downtown Southampton and Cooper’s beach. Other Hampton villages are a short drive away. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return in the future!!!

Loved this place - didn't ever want to leave!

a group of 7 Australian ladies stayed at this property after 10 days in NYC. it was just what the soul needed! The house is fabulous - we loved drinks around a game of pool at night. The pool was amazing its really large and heated so each day was spent around the pool. the owners were fabulous - they were very generous with the supplies they left us in the fridge and no question was too much trouble. We all left wishing we had booked this property for longer!

Dreamy quintessential Southampton property

I recently stayed at a rental in Southampton that exceeded all expectations. The design and layout were exceptional, creating a perfect blend of comfort and style. The primary bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, making every night a luxurious experience. The basement was an entertainment haven, featuring Pac-Man, billiards, ping pong, and a variety of board games. It rivaled the backyard's exquisite pool and throwing yard game, providing endless fun and relaxation options. The owner provided detailed information and instructions in the days leading up to our check-in date making the transition into our vacation anxiety-free. Adding to the charm was a lovely welcome gift from local shops, which made us feel immediately at home. The location was ideal, with a quick drive to the beach (beach chairs and towels included in the home’s amenities) and a lovely walk into the village. Whether for a short or long stay in the Hamptons, I would highly recommend this rental for its superb amenities and prime location.

Great house in perfect location

We had the best time staying at this house in Southampton. It was conveniently located near downtown, and the house was perfect, as the pictures showed. Gregg was a tremendous help and offered great advice for the local area. The house was clean and very comfortable, and the pool was amazing. We will rent this house in the future.
