2 belles piscines (intérieure et extérieure) et un jacuzzi. Fermeture à 22h Salle du petit-déjeuner trop petite vu le nombre de chambres et de personnes. Personnel pas très aimable et agréable. La climatisation est très bruyante

bon hôtel sans être exceptionnel. les +: bon petit déjeuné, 1 piscine extérieure, 1 piscine intérieure,1 spa, très bon accueil... le - : région propice au développement d’insectes(moustiques ,araignées).

I don't like this place. I don't enjoy leaving reviews like this There's no elevator so we had to drag our bags up to the 2nd floor. It's an old hotel made to look more modern. The bathroom is closet size with the sink/mirror out in the common area. The breakfast consisted of no eggs or breakfast meat of any kind. The only fruit was apples. I won't stay here again. There are much newer places to stay in this area. I went to check out and the front desk was unattended. I left the door keys in a box after standing around for a while waiting for the desk Clerk. I'm not sure there was one on duty. Go elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, constructive. Firstly, you reserved a room on the second floor. Just to be clear, if you were having issues with the stairs, you could have said something to the front desk. It would be a pleasure to switch your room. Descriptive information and pictures of the property are advertised. At times, the front desk has to leave the desk to assist others. We apologize for the inconveniences at check out. For future references, if you have trouble going up the stairs. Contact the resort, just so you know, the majority of the resorts in Cape Cod does not have an elevator. We honor your decision.

The property was fine, except for the excess of chlorine in the spa tub. It was burning everybody’s eyes that no one could stay on it. However the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. It’s nothing like the picture they have on line. No hot food at all. No bacon, no eggs, no sausage, no yogurt… only toast, bagels, old fruits, some cheap muffins, coffee, juice and cereal. People had to bring their own eggs if they wanted some… I never saw that in any hotels I’ve stayed. Worst experience!!!

A surprising gem! We arrived late in the evening to a full hotel. Check in was good we had reserved 2 rooms. Beds very comfortable very clean. Room overlooked outside pool Grounds are quite nice with beautiful hydrangeas. Breakfast was available but we went out. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby. The best was the indoor pool, and the hot tub. Both are huge! They were fabulous. We didn’t know what time the pool closed, a couple of families came and went while we were there. We were enjoying the amenities when a woman employee came in and was picking up towels that were left on chairs. She never said anything to us. After about 10 minutes of her cleaning up the area, she came over to us and very rudely told us that we needed to leave, that the pool was closed and had been for quite a while and that we should have left a long time ago! Turns out the pool had closed 20 minutes earlier. Ok our bad, we had no idea. There were 5 of us, adults, and we were very quiet. We were actually relaxing in the hot tub after a very long day of walking. We felt the way she spoke to us very very inappropriate. As I said, we were very quiet, not rowdy or destructive, and adults. A simple “pool is now closed” would have sufficed. Kind of erased a lot of the niceties of the place. Needs updating, but overall a pleasant surprise!

Not bad
The room was very clean and nice. The bed was soft and comfortable. I was there in the winter, and the heater was either too warm or chilly, not comfortable. I was disappointed by the breakfast, just cereal, mini-bagels and waffles. Also there is no elevator at this place so if you get a 2nd floor you have to carry your bags upstairs.

Thank you for staying with us. This is the type of room that you reserved. If we knew that you would have a hard time going up the stairs, we would switch to your rooms. We are not having a hot breakfast. That is the main reason why we advertise continental breakfast. We appreciate your feedback.

I was disappointed with the fitness center. I could not find the lights, there were no towels or equipment cleaning towels, and the equipment was not in good shape.

Thank you for staying with us. All you had to do was ask the Front Desk to switch on the fitness room light. The switch and towels are in the lobby. I will address your concerns regarding the equipments not being in good shape. We apologize for any inconveniences this has caused.

Doing a lot of outdoor construction. Some of the bedding was dirty and had to be swapped out. Pool was nice and clean along with the whirlpool and sauna.

Clean and comfortable
Clean rooms, comfortable, everything was in working order. No elevator to the 2nd floor. We stayed in early November 2023 with a group of 14 friends/family. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool and indoor hot tub. As it was off-season, hotel management was kind enough to let us set up our cornhole boards indoors. The continental breakfast was satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay!

The property is currently under construction at a large scale, the room was very clean and the amenities were nice, the outdoor pool was not available (being repaired I suspect) staff was friendly and overall it was a descent place to stay. The indoor pool and the hot tub were very nice I didn't try the sauna. Ample parking and the breakfast was "ok" coffee could definitely be better....

The lamp next to the bed was broken so we did not use it. Told the front desk about it & maintenance never cane to fix it. Even though it’s a hotel, we had to wither go outside & around the corner to get back in to the breakfast area, or go through the indoor pool area. Not a convenient set-up. The info stated a full breakfast buffet … very disappointed in what was available. The property was being refurbished so the grounds & the other hotel wing were in disarray but that had nothing to do with us. Inconvenient set-up. Any staff we encountered were very friendly so that’s a plus. Honestly would not book this hotel again.
