« The hotel staff was amazing and the bartenders and staff at the Alto Restaurant on the rooftop were also fantastic! The only complaints I have are that the AC did not cool down as well as we would have liked. The lowest we could get it to was 70/71 and it was not comfortable for sleeping. Also, the bed had a protective padding under the fitted sheet that was very pilled, so it felt a little bumpy, like sand was underneath the sheet. »

« Booked for 5 person, only 2 beds, I had to pay 10$ for an uncomfortable additionnal bed. People were smoking marijuane in their rooms close to us, and even cooked. Wonderful smell when you want to sleep »

« The room was clean at arrival, we stayed 4 nights, the breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly, the only bad thing i have to say is the last day, the cleaning staff did not stop to clean our room or leave us clean towels, it was late when we got back so we didnt ask for clean ones. overall i do recommend this hotel. »

The carpets need a deep cleaning, the security latch on the door was missing a screw, everything was covered in dust, the pipes in the wall screeched if water temperature was on hot.
