Once you book you will be contacted by the owner who then depends to have a copy of your id and credit card regardless of payment already being made via Expedia. « We had a magnificent week long stay in this apartment with our 3 children. The view was amazing! The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 5. We have stayed in dozens of different apartments in Surfers Paradise over the years and this is up there with the best.
