WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
The first thing you'll notice in our beautiful vacation home is the gorgeous view of South Padre Island and the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. Let the beacon of light from our lighthouse-themed condo lead you into our living area with floor-to-ceiling windows. It's perfect for a movie night on our big-screen TV or a good conversation from our cozy seating area. Be sure to visit our historic Port Isabel lighthouse for a tour if you're inspired! Bonus: We have one sofa sleeper in the living room for extra guests.

Our vacation home was recently renovated, giving it a clean, fresh feeling. The kitchen and dining room sparkle and are fully equipped for a homecooked meal or takeout from Ceviche Ceviche. The dining area comfortably seats 6. After a day of fun island activities, kick your feet up in our primary bedroom. Our primary bedroom has floor-to-ceiling mirrors, a flat-screen TV, plenty of storage for your clothes, and a beautiful view of the amenities and Gulf of Mexico. The primary bath has a tub/shower and a large, well-lit vanity. Our guest bedroom will remind you of the blue gulf outside. It also comes with a flat-screen TV and plenty of storage. The guest bath comes with a walk-in shower and a well-lit vanity.

WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Pictures were exactly like the condo. It could use updating in the bathrooms but not a big deal. We had 4 people in the Condo and there was plenty of room. Kitchen was big and had everything we needed. The view was gorgeous and our building was close to the pool and walkway to the beach. The weather didn’t cooperate for the 2 weeks we were there (actually left 3 days early due to cold, wind, rain) but not anyone’s fault. We did get 6 good weather days. The beach was great and the hot tub came in handy with the colder weather! Most restaurants are within 1-1 1/2 miles which isn’t a bad walk. Taxis and Ubers readily available at very cheap price. We will definitely go back!

The first thing I would change are the round, low toilets. They were not appropriate for senior citizens. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, cookware, silverware, utensils. The microwave, dishwasher, oven worked well. Large fridge was nice.The vacuum cleaner worked ok but was in need of a really good cleaning.The bed was comfortable.The mirrored wall panels I could have done without. The view of the beach and Gulf were splendid, as we knew they would be having stayed in Tower 1 previously.A washer/dryer would have been nice but we worked it out. A bill changer in the laundry room would have been welcome. 3 tv sets, 2 Rokus and one reg set. End chat.

The property is gated, a bonus, not a complaint in itself. I showed up only to be turned around to go check in with the property management office a mile up the road. Again, not a problem in itself. We had three cars, but only two parking passes were given. This would not have been a problem, but the gentleman at the front desk was rude and offered no options for parking the third vehicle. He said we could park the third vehicle at the rental property management office, again, a mile away from the actual property. Luckily the gate guard was much more friendly and said there was extended parking just across the street from the property. The listing says the property sleeps 6, however, the sofa sleeper had no comforter or pillowcases for the pillows. We called the 24/7 property management office. They had pillowcases, which we had to go get. They had no comforters available and told us we would not have a blanket for the sofa sleeper until housekeeping arrived the next day. Me & my son had to use towels as blankets the first night. The property itself is lovely and in a great location. However, as a frequent traveler to SPI, in the future, my family and I will avoid any property managed by SPI rentals.

Condo was beautiful enjoyed the time off with family everything was great until time to checkout I left for work early at 8 so I asked the property management company to give my wife a extra hour to checkout 12 noon instead of 11 so I called and spoke to Robert He was great and told me it was ok to do the checkout at 12. To my surprise I got a call to my cell from the management company a very rude man I couldn’t get his name He asked me it’s 11:30 why are you still in the condo? I told him I had spoken to Robert earlier requesting the extra hour for checkout which he agreed . Caller didn’t reply anything and hung up on me . Other than that situation everything was good .

This was a very clean and well kept property. We were on the 4th floor and had a beautiful view of the crashing waves on South Padre Island. The property had all of the amenities we wanted (we didn't notice anything missing). The condo was very nicely furnished and kitchen was also very nice and complete.

Great views of the water and only steps away from the closest pool. Only downside of the pool being there, is you could hear patrons at late hours. Place was clean and spacious with a large balcony. We would definitely sray there again.

We had an amazing time at this property. The space was clean, easy to get into, and had plenty of room. Our favorite part was the incredible porch and ocean view. The design and furniture is slightly dated, but I think that's par for the course with the island, and doesn't hurt anything.

The condo and location were just what we wanted and expected. The pool we used was just outside our building and the walk to the beach was short and just down the boardwalk. It was perfect for the family with a 4 year old and 10 year old. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, but do bring your own spices. Noticed the thermostat battery was going low and the property management company was very responsive. However, we realized our grandson's headphones were left in the condo after we checked out and we knew exactly where they were. We called the property management company to let them know, but were told they "weren't found". Very disappointing.
