The resort had everything we needed without having to leave, unless we just wanted to. The pools were great! The poolside bar and snack bar was awesome! It was easy to get to the beach. Live entertainment was an option nightly! It’s a beautiful place, and we’d definitely choose it again!

Both bathroom toilet and shower were clogged and nasty!!! Not considered a room for the public or anyone!!!!!! With this said they have no inspection whatsoever upon checking rooms! FYI a room 103

Property is older but well maintained. Maintenance could be seen in progress but not a distraction. Pool was excellent and clean. There were plenty of chairs.

I haven't stayed at the Isla Grand in years but, was looking forward to seeing if I could expect the same quality I experienced long ago. I'm more than happy to say that everything was wonderful and my only upset was that i couldn't enjoy my stay longer. I am excited to return once again when I have the chance.

We're a family of 5. Our roomy 2 bedroom 7th floor condo was perfect for our stay. The beach was clean and beautiful. Kids lived their first visit to the ocean. Hotel staff was professional and friendly. We had a wonderful time.

We got there Friday the room not so great. The restroom dirty and room smells kind a musty but tolerable. Friday when we came in, there were people working next door so we did not pay attention. Saturday had a meeting and came back 4pm. The hallway and the room was full of water.. flooded. Reported it said they’re going to fix it. Got back at10pm still not fixed and there were more water. The room now smelled horrible like moldy. Talked to the manager and was told that the hotel was fully booked. So they expect us to sleep in that mess. I have pictures to prove it. So I asked for refund cuz there is no rooms that they can transfer us. But since it was booked with Expedia they could not refund said they’re going to call you and Expedia has to refund us.. this is really ridiculous. I am sorry but this is not our fault so a refund should be in order

staff needs to be more nice to the guest .. I was patiently waiting for some towels for the pool. I was ignore for a few minutes just for some towels.

The pool area was excellent. The access to the beach was too far with soft sand in the middle access . Make the walking ramp longer towards the beach.

Somethings need a little care; toilet was slow to refill, rusty nail spots on ceiling, rotting wood needs to be replaced, not just painted over. Area where ice machine is located between rm 104&105 needs to be cleanedand painted. Lounge chairs by the beach are filthy. Overall the room was very clean, plenty of towels, toiletpaper and kleenex. Beds were very plush, pillows fluffy. The grounds are well kept. Trash picked up. Parking lot was well lit. Pools are great and bars are conveniently located..

It's clearly an older property, but it's been well maintained and the rooms/bathrooms seem to be updated. It was clean, and had a nice pool, and was right on the beach. We were happy with everything.
