As part of the community at Suntide III, you’ll also enjoy excellent on-site amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, a sauna, and a gym.

Inside, you'll find an open layout and modern, stylish furnishings. After a day at the beach, you'll love relaxing in the central AC while you whip up some treats in the well-equipped, full kitchen. Don't feel like cooking? No problem – you're surrounded by restaurants and bars, just minutes away. Stream your favorite shows on the TV while you enjoy Gulf views in the background, and open the sliding glass doors to really take it all in. Take advantage of the complimentary high-speed WiFi to post the day's pics to social media, and head off to one of three comfortable bedrooms when it's time to call it a night.

Your centrally located retreat is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a supermarket, liquor store, and a movie theater. A free public bus also stops right outside the front gate -- offering easy access to superb attractions on the island, as well as Port Isabel.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
