The Space

The main living area offers cozy seating around a gas fireplace and a smart TV, ideal for movie nights or relaxing after time on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a double oven, cookware, a dining table for 10, and plenty of space to gather, prepare, and cherish meals together.

Families especially love the bunk rooms and the pool table, giving kids and adults their own places to hang out. With 3 king bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms, and 3 full bathrooms, everyone enjoys comfort and a layout that eliminates the usual vacation-home chaos.

After a day on the slopes or at the lake, step into the backyard to enjoy the private hot tub, fire up the BBQ year-round, or simply relax under Tahoe’s tall pines.

Guest & Parking Limits
- Maximum of 10 guests, plus 5 additional children under 13, for a total of 15 guests
- Maximum of 4 vehicles — all must be parked in the driveway (2 max) or the garage (2 max), with no street parking per City ordinances
- No grass or street parking

- No trailers, RVs, or boats unless approved
- Pets welcome, with confirmation and pet fee

Large / full size trucks / SUVs won't fit in the garage. Two full size trucks / SUVs will fit in the driveway and two medium size vehicles fit in the garage. The ordinance doesn't allow any vehicles in the street on on neighboring properties.

Noise & Respect
- Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM
- Hot tub hours: 8AM – 10PM
- No parties, events, or bachelor/bachelorette groups
- Responsible, family-friendly guests welcome

Trash & Wildlife
- South Lake Tahoe is bear country. All trash must be secured in the brown metal bear box at the end of the driveway, or left in the garage if there’s no room.
- Do not leave food, coolers, or scented items in vehicles or outside.

Age & Booking Requirements
- Primary renter must be 25+ and staying at the property
- No third-party bookings
- All guests must sign the City of South Lake Tahoe Good Neighbor Agreement before check-in

General Guidelines
- No smoking
- No parties or events
- Exterior security cameras monitor entry points only, as required by the City
- Noise monitoring devices may be present, as required by the City
- Hot tub must remain on and covered when not in use - no need to shut it off
