Spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom South Lake Tahoe mountain retreat, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, combines scenic serenity with unbeatable access to year-round recreation. From the back deck, take in sweeping views of the surrounding peaks or stroll just a few minutes to the Upper Truckee River and trail system—ideal for hiking, fishing, golfing, biking, cross-country skiing, and summer dips.
Come home to serene evenings spent in the hot tub and enjoying home-cooked meals on the balcony. Mealtimes are a breeze with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of dining space. After a long day, gather in the living room for a movie night on the 65” TV with surround sound, or retreat to one of the king suites for a peaceful night’s rest. This home is the perfect family escape for making memories year-round, and bring your dogs, this home is pet-friendly.
The home has comfortable sleeping & dining space for a family of 10. We can host a maximum of 8 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

• BA1: Ensuite to BR1 with walk-in tiled shower (dual shower heads), double sink vanity, separate toilet room, and pocket-door single vanity

This home puts you within easy reach of Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe, and Kirkwood ski resorts, as well as pristine golf courses, grocery stores, and top-notch dining—all within a mile or two. Just a short walk down the road, discover Tahoe Paradise Park with pickleball, tennis, disc golf, paddleboarding on Lake Baron - home to many local events, concerts & farmers markets throughout the summer, playgrounds, picnic areas, and access to the Upper Truckee River. Popular Pope Beach is just 15 minutes away. Stateline Casinos are a short drive away.
Pets: 1-2 dogs 50lbs or under allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
