Seul point à redire serait la qualité moyenne de la literie

We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again. Only complaint was the self parking parking lot is waaaaay too small for the amount of guests they have. If you don't park by 3:30pm and leave your car for the night good luck finding a parking spot in the on site parking lot. Also the pool was a bit on the cold side, would it hurt to turn the heat on? My toddler was having a blast in the pool but we had to get out early because he was freezing cold.

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us, we're so glad you enjoyed it, we understand the inconvenience with our parking and, unfortunately, we just cannot build anymore spaces on site so do have to utilize the garage and our valet, we'll check with the engineer team on the pool, should be 80 to 84, maybe there was an issue with one of the heaters, if that happens again, please let us know and we'll try to turn it up if possible. A very friendly and warm welcoming staff with a smiles on their faces as you enter and greet you. We arrived hours early before the usual 4pm check in time and we just thought we would check if our room could be ready early. Surprisingly enough, it was ready and they were able to check us in right at that moment, with no extra early fees! The rooms were fresh and clean and had everything we needed, especially in the full kitchen! The pool, spa and steam room, plus pool table, ping pong and corn hole outside amenities was perfect, the kids and us adults enjoyed it a lot! So great to have the Riva Grill and a McDonalds next door, the views and just steps to the Boat dock and lake activity rentals (SUP, kayaks, etc) was also all so convenient! This is definitely a wonderful resort to come back to and plan another family or romantic getaway!

I didn't like that the parking fee is super expensive. When we came back from dinner, we can't find any available parking space, we asked and they told us that we need to pay extra $5 for valet parking on top of $22 fee that we pay. They should put us on valet parking without extra fee because it's not our fault that we can't find a available parking around.

Thanks for your review, we appreciate your feedback and understand the inconvenience of the parking, unfortunately, all of south lake Tahoe is very limited with parking and being located so close to the lake really limits us, so we do need to utilize the garage for most of our spaces, we still do have one of the lowest fees in town and do try hard to keep it that way.

Unprofessional service at check in . We were delayed due to winter storm and booking was canceled with no prior notice . We were asked to rebook and gave us rooms with no view. Overall very unfriendly front desk staff.

Things didn’t work for us: 1. Parking, even though it’s paid , is really mess. Security gate doesn’t work. No supervision on parking, guests are allowed parking covering two spots over multiple days. You are forced to to do Valet. 2. Amenities inside room is little flaky for us. TV/DVD player isn’t working. Stove in kitchen didn’t work. Front desk though send technician who fixed the TV.

when we checked in they could not find our reservation it took until the next day about 5pm before they could check us in and fixed it the parking is a absolute NIGHTMARE and valet is non existing never there and couldnt find them plus you have to park across a very busy street a bit away from the hotel and its behind a shopping center the lot on the grounds is packed full day and night

No one will come clean your room unless you give a 24hr notice to have your room clean!? Very ridiculous! Front desk didn’t point that out during check in!!! 4pm check in and 10am check out!?! No pool towels at the pool Small and tight parking spots No free breakfast Parking fee and resort fees add on Worst Hilton I stayed at! I think motel 6 provides more than this Hilton!

This property was ok for my family of 4 (adult children). It was quiet and safe. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower curtain was flying during my shower and water was everywhere. There was no hair conditioner. Only one pot of coffee for the morning and no creamer therefore there was no coffee the next morning. Free DVD rental was a plus. Asking the staff anything (coffee, creamer, shower curtain, local excursions) lead you to a 1 1/2 to 3 hour tour selling you a vacation rental. We refuse to use our time in that manner as our stay was only for 2 days. The staff seemed aggravated by our decision. The spa and workout facilities were clean. Although I prefer to stay at Hilton properties, I won't book at a Hilton Vacation Club again.

Beautiful and clean.Concierge staff was great, check-in was ok, had a couple issues. Front desk personale overall could smile at least. Everyone was very uptight. Person answering front desk phone wasn't friendly at all. Seemed a bit robotic/too corporate. Other than that loved our stay

I booked a suite with a sofa bed. There was no extra blanket for the sofa bed. I called twice for one but was never delivered. Although we booked 3 nights we stayed only 2 as it was very cold for the kids without the blanket. The room is also very outdated.

It is an older hotel but kept property clean! Good size rooms! The only thing we did not like was the concierge offering to watch a presentation for hilton vacation “timeshare!” We couldn’t go to our room right away from traveling 7 hours once we checked in! Mountain cash was offerred to go to presentation! No! was no enough of an answer. The guy was super nice but when my husband bumped into him at lobby he mentioned again to attend, then called our room before we went bed! Its a little too much!
