« On opening the door the smell of damp and mould hit you the beds where soo damp utensils in kitchen draw were mouldy there was no hot water in kitchen and the shower had no hot water ,there were no batteries in the dvd remote so could not use it so all in all stay was not good in fact we came home early as we had had enough we could not contact the owner as there was no WiFi on site and the mobile number he had given was incorrect »

« Had a really comfortable stay, chalet was clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Location was perfect for getting about every where we wanted and Dartmouth harbour was 7 mins away in the car. My only criticism and it’s not really of any concern is that the outside lacks curb appeal and gives you a wrong first impression as the inside is fine for what it is. »

« We really enjoyed the lovely and quite place.There was mostly everything .Bathroom ,shower cabin was big enough.Dartmouth port and ferry was only 10mins by car.Car park on line or call.You neex to have enough changed .Unfortunately you can use contactless.Lots of shops and Restaurant aroundPlace is big enough for a family.The only bunk bed can be change for a double or a normal bunk bed.We spends a lively family time.Thank you »

« Did need a thorough clean as a little grubby, we were warned that some previous guests had contributed to this. I think 66 steps to reach the property needs to be clearer and path lighting at night is poor.The parking for a large 4x4 is not possible near the house. Views were spectacular and the aspect is lovely, but a little tired. »

"TrĂšs bonne prise en charge dĂšs l'arrivĂ©e au parking. ArrivĂ©e sur l'Ăźle en "sea tractor" (j'en rĂȘvais). Excellent accueil Ă  l'hĂŽtel. La dĂ©coration et le mobilier Art DĂ©co des chambres et des parties communes sont superbes. TrĂšs belle vue. La chambre Ă©tait spacieuse avec un petit balcon. Lit immense trĂšs confortable. La salle de bain Ă©tait bien mais petite. Comme il n'y avait pas de paroi de douche, mĂȘme en faisant trĂšs attention, tout Ă©tait inondĂ© y compris l'accĂšs aux toilettes. Excellent diner dans le trĂšs beau Pub "le Pilchard". "
