« The stay was fantastic. Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely. »

« Lovely apartment, it is as good as the photos. The icing on the cake was being able to pick fruit in the orchard and playing pool and darts in the communal games room. Plus there were other families staying so our daughter was able to find playmates. »

« Great location for a wander down into Kingsbridge for breakfast before heading out for the day. Close to the places we wanted to visit. Property extremely clean and modern. I hadn’t really realised the impact of the slanted roof so Chris banged his head a few times! We felt next time we would happily pay the bit extra to stay in one of your bigger properties so we have windows, an outlook and more ventilation. That is not criticising The Loft as we enjoyed our stay and it had everything in...

« We really enjoyed this stay, beautiful property, great location, really comfortable and modern. The host Alison was so attentive and interested in our stay and made sure we were happy. Beautiful sun deck outside, fabulous for pets, ( As we took our Labrador ) I can’t say and praise enough about this property accommodation. Dartmouth is glorious and beautiful and the location is a stone throw from beautiful beaches. We will recommend to everyone. »

« Great stay at Wellingtons. The apartment is lovely, very comfortable for a family of five with the added benefit of an outdoor pool, which we used multiple times after the beach. It’s not far from Salcombe centre but still a good 25mins uphill when walking back to the apartment (we had little ones). We would highly recommend and would return. Thanks! »

« Good stay, with a large comfortable, spotlessly clean, homely, well equipped apartment. Friendly staff. However, there were a couple of niggles, the TV was really small, old fashioned and not smart so no access to streaming services etc. There was also a surprise charge for daily electricity usage, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, and could really add up if you were staying for a few nights or more. »

« I stayed for five nights with my daughter and a small dog. The photos give a good impression of the chalet which is bright and tastefully decorated. The lounge is spacious enough for an evening in if it's raining. The bathroom is also a good size with a top of the range shower. The kitchen is small but well equipped. You will find every utensil and piece of cooking equipment you could wish for if you plan to cook for yourself. The bedrooms are functional but not spacious. Norton Park has about...

« The appartment is very stylish and has everything you need and lot of things you can do at home. There are many DVDs, books and games. Our son and we enjoyed our stay very much. »

« The apartment is well appointed and Penny, the owner, very helpful. It has one of the best views in the building with two balconies facing the estuary and coast. The location is excellent with two hotel restaurants, a spa, coffee shop, and a short ferry ride to Salcombe nearby. A National Trust property begins next door offering plentiful footpaths along the coast or fields of wildflowers. »

10/10 Excellent

"Très bonne prise en charge dès l'arrivée au parking. Arrivée sur l'île en "sea tractor" (j'en rêvais). Excellent accueil à l'hôtel. La décoration et le mobilier Art Déco des chambres et des parties communes sont superbes. Très belle vue. La chambre était spacieuse avec un petit balcon. Lit immense très confortable. La salle de bain était bien mais petite. Comme il n'y avait pas de paroi de douche, même en faisant très attention, tout était inondé y compris l'accès aux toilettes. Excellent diner dans le très beau Pub "le Pilchard". "
