« I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again. »

« We really enjoyed this stay, beautiful property, great location, really comfortable and modern. The host Alison was so attentive and interested in our stay and made sure we were happy. Beautiful sun deck outside, fabulous for pets, ( As we took our Labrador ) I can’t say and praise enough about this property accommodation. Dartmouth is glorious and beautiful and the location is a stone throw from beautiful beaches. We will recommend to everyone. »

« Difficult to find even with location instructions which to be fair had been sent well in advance, taxi dropping us off was confused & we only found it due to a helpful neighbour! The main issue was the heating as it was freezing when we arrived & we had to call the hosts to get it switched on & bring heaters. There was then no central heating the next morning so we had to rely on the electric heaters. We arrived late - it would have been lovely to have had some milk in the fridge for a cuppa!...

« Beautiful and very spacious apartment, just in front of the beach, with great views and a lovely terrace. Everything was perfect. The owners had even welcomed us with brownies and scones/jam/cream - very thoughtful. The property is an a beautiful place, just across the beach, 10 min away from Salcombe either by car or by boat. We preferred South Sands to Salcombe itself. Lovely coastal walks nearby as well. »

« First class renovation all you need supplied Clean ,Modern , Just great you could move in no problem Couple of points to know there are steps up to the property which could be slippy so be aware and there’s a fiddly process for the water for the shower we did the first three days not realising you had to change a setting on the boiler for hot water !!! Now we know I will book again »

« Great location for a wander down into Kingsbridge for breakfast before heading out for the day. Close to the places we wanted to visit. Property extremely clean and modern. I hadn’t really realised the impact of the slanted roof so Chris banged his head a few times! We felt next time we would happily pay the bit extra to stay in one of your bigger properties so we have windows, an outlook and more ventilation. That is not criticising The Loft as we enjoyed our stay and it had everything in...

« The apartment is well appointed and Penny, the owner, very helpful. It has one of the best views in the building with two balconies facing the estuary and coast. The location is excellent with two hotel restaurants, a spa, coffee shop, and a short ferry ride to Salcombe nearby. A National Trust property begins next door offering plentiful footpaths along the coast or fields of wildflowers. »

"TrĂšs bonne prise en charge dĂšs l'arrivĂ©e au parking. ArrivĂ©e sur l'Ăźle en "sea tractor" (j'en rĂȘvais). Excellent accueil Ă  l'hĂŽtel. La dĂ©coration et le mobilier Art DĂ©co des chambres et des parties communes sont superbes. TrĂšs belle vue. La chambre Ă©tait spacieuse avec un petit balcon. Lit immense trĂšs confortable. La salle de bain Ă©tait bien mais petite. Comme il n'y avait pas de paroi de douche, mĂȘme en faisant trĂšs attention, tout Ă©tait inondĂ© y compris l'accĂšs aux toilettes. Excellent diner dans le trĂšs beau Pub "le Pilchard". "
