« The apartment is well appointed and Penny, the owner, very helpful. It has one of the best views in the building with two balconies facing the estuary and coast. The location is excellent with two hotel restaurants, a spa, coffee shop, and a short ferry ride to Salcombe nearby. A National Trust property begins next door offering plentiful footpaths along the coast or fields of wildflowers. »

« Difficult to find even with location instructions which to be fair had been sent well in advance, taxi dropping us off was confused & we only found it due to a helpful neighbour! The main issue was the heating as it was freezing when we arrived & we had to call the hosts to get it switched on & bring heaters. There was then no central heating the next morning so we had to rely on the electric heaters. We arrived late - it would have been lovely to have had some milk in the fridge for a cuppa!...

« Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in dieser modernen und sauberen Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und hat noch einige Extras zu bieten. Die Zugangsinformationen zur Wohnung und zum Parkplatz waren sehr ausführlich und gut verständlich. Bei unserer Ankunft stand ein Körbchen mit Leckereien als Begrüßung auf dem Tisch. Vielen Dank noch mal dafür. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. »

« Lovely apartment, it is as good as the photos. The icing on the cake was being able to pick fruit in the orchard and playing pool and darts in the communal games room. Plus there were other families staying so our daughter was able to find playmates. »
