« Nice modern flat for the price. Don't expect luxury but has everything we needed and was very clean. Lovely location »

« First time I've ever stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and it was grand. The weird thing is that there were no towels provided and no tv in the room, kitchen utensils weren't that clean but I brought my own so not an issue. The bed was above average for comfort and very clean. Parking is a nightmare and up a very steep hill, keep this in mind. Probably the most basic stay I've ever had but not bad at all, you get what you pay for. Dealing with Marta was a delight, great...

« We stayed for two night and were very happy with this house. Communication was excellent to get us sorted on arrival. It was a great location for site seeing. Warm and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The property is a modern, industrial-style design with older details as features. It is set across a number of floors, so probably better for families with older kids and great knees! The bunk bed was scary for our 5 year old because the ladder doesn’t allow for an easy climb onto the bed....

« Whole stay was excellent. Liz and John were great hosts and were always there if needed. The enclosed dog area was very useful and we loved. being able to walk directly from the cottage. Would definitely recommend. »

« Perfect venue for 70th bday party. We enjoyed the hot tub and plenty of games for the kids. Comfortable, cosy rooms and large dining area. « The area was a surprise, the countryside was beautiful, lots of interesting walks and things to do. Eating out was a highlight with so many fantastic places to eat. Best fish and chips in the uk at the Salt and Malt. The host was very hospitable and made us feel at home. We would highly recommend staying here. »

« Leaze Garden Cottage was excellent , well equipped and super clean.The garden space had plenty of seating area for sunny afternoons .Ideally situated for Bath , Wells and Bradford -on-Avon.Frome is just a 10/15min walk , with plenty of artisan shops and cafés. We had a lovely 3 days stay . »

« Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mitten in Bath. Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern (18 u. 15) in Bath. Das Haus ist sehr besonders durch die Lage und die 3 Etagen, auf die sich die Unterkunft verteilt. Es war sehr sauber und alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es gab sogar Kaffee und Tee. Man konnte nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bath fußläufig erreichen. Zum Entspannen konnte man sich sehr schön unten am Fluss auf die Terrasse setzen. Es ist trotz des Verkehrs auf der Brücke nicht zu...

« We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter. »

If I was pushed to have a slight negative comment it would be that there were no instruction booklets for the kitchen appliances. »

« The property is conveniently located for Southmead Hospital, less than 10 mins walk. Generally clean. The front door lock is tricky and could do with being replaced. Kitchen is small but functional, oven and fridge could do with good clean. Cloakroom and washing machine, had a leak could not be used, handyman time keeping not great. Heating on all the time, day and night. Plant room quite noisy. Host good at responding to messages. »

« The cottage is a beautiful place in a quite and peaceful locations , the cottage is clean and nicely styled . Ideal for family and business use . The owners are always on hand to help and only a phone call away . 100% will re- book . »

"The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"
