Thanks for your feedback, sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay. As a correction the above comment, our front desk is open daily 7AM - 11PM. The signage all around the property includes a phone number to call after hours in case of emergency.

Gary,We apologize for failing to meet your expectations during your recent stay. When we have groups like this we try our hardest to accommodate the group and all of our other guests needs. With our property being so small and not having an elevator that does make things a little bit harder. We appreciate your feedback about the situation and wish we would of been able to get a better rating for our hotel but because of the situation we understand your rating. Hi Hilda,Good Morning.I want to deeply apologize for your experience with your stay. When we learned that our hot water heater went out our goal was to ensure our guests had a hot shower in the morning. We should have communicated better and still offered our guests that relocated to Four Seasons full amenities of hot tub, breakfast, guest laundry and fitness center at Quality Inn. Again I am very sorry for all the inconvenience we have caused and we are working quickly to get the new hot water heater installed.

Hi Mr. Smibert.I looked into your reservation, and I do remember speaking with you. I understand you were having car trouble and had to stay at a hotel in the next town over. Danny, We apologize for failing to meet your expectations during your recent visit to out hotel. This is not something that is normal for us. Our pool pump gave out unexpectedly. Housekeeping service is not provided every day to stayover guests unless requested. We service every 3rd day as choice hotels requires. We hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your business back!
