« Didn't realize how small it would be. Didn't know what unit number was ours. Had a hard time using tv.. don't do Dish and reg remote wasn't easy to figure out. Door didn't lock from inside. Set AC at 73, fan ran all nite, but temp didn't drop. »

« We had coordinated an early check-in, but when we arrived, the house hadn’t been cleaned yet which was a miscommunication. I reached out to Catherine and she promptly responded and got the cleaners RIGHT over. The house was spotless and in wonderful condition for the rest of our stay, and it was dealt with very quickly and wonderfully. Would definitely stay again. The house was great for our girls trip. « We had a great week at Tranquility Glade. The home was exactly as it is pictured and was very clean and comfortable. It is in a very peaceful and serene mountain location just minutes from West Stockbridge. We enjoyed a cozy fire each night in the home's beautiful stone fireplace and took several brisk hikes on nearby trails.
