Châteaux à South Columbus

« The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

« My grandkids and I enjoyed the room, it was clean and had great bathroom amenities. The breakfast was very good. The only downside was the pool was closed for renovations. »

« The neighborhood the hotel was in was a little difficult to get to, even though you can see it. You have to drive through some other parking lots to get there. A number of things around it are run down or closed. The hotel itself seems to be kept nice. The check-in process was smooth. The elevator smelled like some people had used some "herbal medicine" in it. It was less than pleasant. Breakfast was adequate, and the staff was somewhat attentive to taking care of things, more so than most...
