« I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. « The apartment was amazing; and it exceeded the description on Vrbo. The fixtures and appliances were all new; the bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled; the bedrooms were fresh and comfortable; and the accomodations were awesome. The apartment is very close to the highway, thus, very convenient to access in/out of the city, etc. And, the host and her on-site property manager (Therese) were fully accessible and accomodating during our stay. A perfect place to visit in the Bronx! »

« Everything you need for your stay in NY. Owner installed new air conditioners. Nice neighborhood, excellent location for Upper town. Would be good to invest in small improvements, like dishes, but all in all very good price/quality ratio »

« The end of the bed is RIGHT by the front door, but tbh, it didn't hinder the charm and coziness of this place. Yeah it's a bit cramped, but we weren't in NYC to stay in our room. We loved that is was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. So many bodegas and pizza places and other food stops to browse within walking distance. « The apartment is cute , clean and well decorated. It was the perfect space for my daughter and I, lots of restaurants supermarkets and bars near by. Close to the train line it was easy to get to places from there. Great location! »

« We had a good experience at this VRBO! It was convenient to times square, good food, and broadway shows. It was a little tight inside but perfectly fine for sleeping. They provided us with ear plugs, extra towels and sheets, and shampoo and conditioner. Communication was great, we got responses right away. The location felt pretty safe, in the back part of the building with multiple doors. Would stay again!! »

« We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup.
