I am sorry to hear that internet was an issue during your stay, we are aware that it has been messing up lately with the provider we have. And are looking into alternatives to make sure that downtime is at a minimum. Dear Alan, Sorry about the cat situation unfortunately there are mixed reasons as some guests who do not care if there are animals in the area feed the cats they tend to go over there , we do our best to keep them out of that area but it is difficult.I am glad you enjoyed the staff as they are a great bunch of people, and we are sorry for that you felt as if you were overlooked during the new years eve party. I do think you may have misunderstood that there was faster service to the owners, when we went back it was to help out as the staff had alot to do during that evening, pretty much no one had made a reservation so all the clients came in from the street and we had little warning that it was going to fill up as it did. If someone went in behind the bar to look for a drink it was to relieve the bartenders so they could focus on the guests. Again sorry if you felt it was something else going on during that evening as the staff is well instructed that guests go first and owners second.
