Great location, great property - we parked our car in the parking lot and didn’t use it for the 2 days we were there / so convenient to absolutely everything / the bedroom and bathroom were out of a resort - if you’re coming to Sonoma you must stay here !

Lovely stay!
Had a wonderful time here in Sonoma. Perfect location to walk to the Square, and a spacious penthouse. Loved the comfy bed, bathroom was nice and clean, and the patio was a great touch! Parking onsite was perfect, too. Like another reviewer, we also received check-in instructions to another unit and were quite confused. Quickly called the host and was able to move into the correct one asap. A little clunky with check in but otherwise had a great stay!

What a steal of a weekend in Sonoma! My beautiful partner-in-crime and I stumbled upon this absolute gem of a property nestled in the heart of wine country, and boy, were we smitten! Picture-perfect and cozy, this standalone apartment home was like something out of a dream. The fixtures and furnishings? Simply divine – we felt like royalty lounging around in there! Location, location, location – couldn't have asked for better! With Sonoma Square just a leisurely stroll away, we found ourselves indulging in wine tastings, culinary adventures, and oh-so-much more. And can we talk about convenience? Whole Foods practically at our doorstep – talk about living the high life! For us lovebirds, this place was an absolute haven. Comfort, charm, and convenience all rolled into one delightful package. You bet your bottom dollar we'll be booking this spot again – it's got our hearts in a frenzy! Kudos to the host for being an absolute superstar in the communication department – we felt like VIPs every step of the way. Consider us singing praises from the hilltops – this place comes highly, highly recommended!

This is our second stay at this property. We find it centrally located - we walked to church across the street, walked to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, and the plaza. We like having the additional cozy living room space, the kitchen, and convenience of the washer/dryer.

We enjoyed our stay and the location is so convenient. King bed is super comfy. The one bedroom floor plan is laid out very well. It’s a stair walk up to the condo/apt and the view of the mountain is pretty. We would stay here again. Host is helpful and responsive.

Beautiful property that was super close walking distance to the square (restaurants & shops) but also to Whole Foods if you want to stay in. Bed was amazingly comfortable with tons of extra pillows. We look forward to returning here!

A Little Confusing
Once we got into the unit we liked it, but it was not the one we had contracted for. We were assigned a specific unit in our contract, but when we received our check-in instructions the day or two before it had changed without notice. We were a little perturbed because we had specifically chosen a particular unit, but the one we ended up in was just as good so we were fine.

A great stay in Sonoma!
We initially rented just the upper portion of this unit but when our group suddenly increased, we added on with the lower unit which gave us another bed, bath and kitchen area. All communication with Pamela was excellent; she responds immediately and we got our changes made with no issue. The units are simply lovely! Well decorated, comfy, very clean, everything you could want for a comfy stay! The beds are super comfy to sleep in!!!! The location is perfect! On a busy street but so quiet inside. The location is perfect for walking to town to enjoy Tuesday nights Farmers Market, restaurants, shopping, exploring. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your units! We had the best time in Sonoma!!!!

Great Location for Sonoma
Had a quick few days in Sonoma and this location was convenient and close to the square and groceries. Property was as expected, bed was comfortable (didn’t use pull out sofa), kitchen had what we needed. A huge plus was the parking area in then back of the unit - lots of spaces. The only thing that I could comment on was the street noise. You are on the main road and you do hear the traffic from the living room area. I would definitely stay here again!

A couple negatives - a crane came at 6:00 am to do repairs. There was also a terrible smell inside, like backed up sewage. Location was good, within walking distance of Sonoma center. Bed was comfortable.

Amazing place inside and out
The property is clean, updated, and quiet. We could walk to the town square within a few minutes where there are tons of shops, restaurants and a bike rental shop close by. We parked on Friday and didn’t drive for the rest of the weekend. The host is a fantastic communicator and incredibly helpful. We will definitely stay again!

Good location needs cleaning
This was a great location, however there were several things within the property that need attention. Particularly the cleanliness. The floor was very dirty. The bottoms of our feet were black from walking barefoot. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in all rooms, the sheets were worn - had small tears, the coffee mugs were chipped and the handle on one broke while I was drinking my coffee where the mug had been previously cracked. The living room furniture is very worn and looks dirty. Also, this is the first VRBO that we have stayed at that did not provide a list of recommendations and the property manager was not able to provide any either. Over all disappointed.

We apologize that the level of cleanliness didn’t meet our own high standards. We have great cleaners who work very hard to clean during vacancies, and our cleanliness is often complimented in reviews. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve created a new housekeeping checklist so we can be sure to cover all of the spots we might miss, and are doing a very deep cleaning to be sure everything is wonderfully clean.

The property needs work. Major cleaning for all the dust. The furniture is old and very uncomfortable. We had to call property manager to replace mattress because it was so bad we could not sleep on it. Unfortunately they only replaced the top mattress and not box springs that was bad and it started to sink again. We paid to much for this property to have to deal with this issue. I am a meeting planner and this property should not be rated this high.

We wish we could have made your stay more comfortable. We pride ourselves in providing our guests with great service which is why even though we have not had any complaints about our mattress, when you said something was wrong with the mattress we replaced it for you immediately. We have since replaced the box spring also, just to make sure all is good. Our cleaners work very hard to keep the vacation rentals clean, and we are taking extra care to do an extra deep cleaning to be sure there is no dust. This attention to detail and to the needs of our guests is reflected in our reviews We’re here any time to help you have the best stay possible, your feedback is important to us.

FANTASTIC place to stay in Sonoma!
This house is a short walk from downtown Sonoma, which I highly recommend. The house itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a weekend! It's also across the street from Whole Foods in case you need food for the house, but downtown Sonoma has wonderful restaurants. Hopefully will make it back to stay here again!

Great weekend getaway, would absolutely return!
Patricia Grace was wonderful, and the location was very convenient to Sonoma Square. The space is big - we commented on how comfortable and pleasant it would be for a longer stay than the short weekend we were in town. We didn't use the kitchen heavily, but were impressed with how well outfitted it was, and we loved being able to hang around with yummy coffee in the mornings without needing to go out for breakfast. We'll definitely consider it again for our next trip to Sonoma!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, easy parking, comfortable spaces. The only possible negative is that the second bedroom is quite cramped and dark - we were only 2 people so didn't have anyone sleeping down there, so no issue for us! The upstairs is bright, sunny, and cozy. Gas fireplace is a very nice touch!
