Despite saying it’s a smoke-free environment, our room reeked of smoke. Housekeepers should have noticed this. Also, the desk is unmanned. It took at least 10 for someone to come to check us in.

It was warm and adequate. Couldnt talk to a real person on phone. Did not know that "limited staff" meant no coffee in a.m. but was ok..McD was next door. For price, was great!

The room had bedbugs there was no breakfast even though they advertise breakfast from 6-10am. there was nobody working there nobody at the front desk no housekeeping it was like a ghost hotel it was dirty the carpet Smelled it was just a horrible experience all the way around

Upon arrival we noticed a sign letting us know that breakfast has been removes to save money. Upon entering the room I learned that there is no cable or way to fix our connection. The bathroom also smells stale in a way i cant describe

The grass needed cut. I did like where we could park our car at. Very good idea. There was a lot of places to go get something to eat near by. We would stay there again in the future.

That hotel is abandoned. We stayed Monday-Thursday but, we never saw one employee only when we checked in. The property is nasty no one cleans it’s and disgusting. I will never return there for sure. It was a nightmare there. Also they say breakfast included but they don’t even have coffee or water, nothing….Its a ripp-off

The hotel is quite run down. There's never anyone on the front desk so you have to call and they send a janitor who is talked through the check in process over the phone by head office. It was advertised with breakfast but for $55/night what can you expect

I booked this purely because they provided breakfast, but upon checking in there was a sign that said due to staff shortages there was no food. The hallway from the parking lot to the elevator reeked of weed, the room itself was dirty; the towels were tagged and the bathroom mirror was covered with dirt and old toothpaste. The beds were okay but nothing to brag about. The walls and light sconce were dented, and the walls in the hallway were peeling/water stained/dented as well. The only plus was the poor overworked staff member who was beyond friendly. You get what you pay for, but they really need to update the room pictures on this property because whomever did it did a great job at making the property look nicer than it actually does. If you're looking for a cheap place to crash, this is a great option, but I won't be back.

They did not have the Direct TV set up before we arrived. There was no mention of "off season" and being short staffed so pretty upset when no breakfast. Very dingy and cold. Drunk ass customers in other rooms were a nuisance

The hotel was a great price for what we got only thing that was disappointing when we got there there is no free breakfast which was what I was looking for with getting a hotel for 3 nights. It said on this site there was with a nice picture of it but it was closed the whole time due to short staff. Still a nice place for the price.

1) Despite the listing saying “Free Breakfast”, there was no free breakfast. 2) Bathroom light didn’t work. Tried to call front desk, but no answer. Just dealt with dark bathroom. 3) Nightstand had dried liquid on it. Clearly not cleaned. 4) Outlet cover broken and exposes wires from outlet. Simple fix, but hotel chose to ignore it. This hotel is the epitome of “you get what you pay for”. It is old, not very clean, no breakfast, and the beds are uncomfortable. That said, I paid $55/night, so maybe I shouldnt be surprised.

We booked this hotel as it was advertised with breakfast included. When we arrived, there was a note at the front desk . . .breakfast not included. They need to update amenities listing in the Hotels.com ad. We spend 30-40 nights a year on the road, and the bedding was the most uncomfortable to sleep on that we've slept on in years.

It was difficult to summons someone for check-in.(at 4PM!) Upon inspection of the room, tile was broken in the bath room,light shades were broken, and the bedding was dirty (not just stained but DIRTY) a call to the front desk resulted in repeated busy signal. A trip to the front desk produced absolutely no-one to address the problem We put the keys in the drop box and left to find better accomodations

This was a budget hotel, but room dirty and our shower was frigid cold. Other rooms had hot showers. Tried to discuss this with staff, and management, but immediately met with hostile, disinterested staff, and manager.

The employees were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and cozy. They even allowed us to keep the room for a few additional hours at no cost because I had somewhere to go and my friend needed somewhere to stay.
